I find the fit and sizing fairly consistent with other Dansko clogs- They have been very comfortable to wear- but after just 6 months (and I did not wear them much in the summer) the heels have completely worn through- not at all like the long term wear I have had with my many previous pairs of Danskos.

length ok, too wide and loose; Brenda style cut differently than the professional style; also footbed was different, not as thick. Leather combo good lookling and a stylish change from an all brown, but fit was no good. Looks like I should stick with the Professional cut in a 39, those fit me well and are very comfortable.

I really liked the look of this shoe and thought I would buy it to change it up from my Professionals. However, they seem to be wider and do are not has supportive on the sides as the Professionals.

I have worn Dansko shoes for 26+ years and always a size 37. This 37 was quite large---my foot was slipping out of the shoe. Dankso sizing seems to be quite arbitrary these days. My last pair, I needed a 38. These also seem poorly made near the heel....you can see the inside lining color (and of course, it should not be visible)

My usual size of 39 was too big, so I sized down to 38. The 38 was a bit too snug, unfortunately, so neither size fit. Many reviewers mentioned that the heel moves a LOT in this shoe. I experienced that less so with the smaller size, but the toe box just wasn't roomy enough for my foot. On the plus side, I bought the two-tone taupe color, which is so pretty. The suede is a little rough so it looks somewhat distressed, but beautifully so (not worn or used-looking). Would highly recommend that color if you can find the right fit!

1 size too big. Compared it to my Dansko’s I already have and it’s at least 1 size or more larger. Also wider than normal Dansko shoes. I’m going to exchange the 38 for a 37. I’m a nurse and I’ve worn Dansko shoes for 25yrs I know how they are supposed to fit, this is a size too big!

Love this clog without the extra padding. Looks and feels better. My feet are narrow and I usually wear a 8.5/39 but this clog feels a full size too large. Love the shoe, just need going to try the next size down.

I have many pairs of Dankso clogs, some 39, some 40. Sized down to 39 based on other reviews, but still felt wide, not only in fit but just how they looked. Was excited about the style, but missed the mark for me. Loved the 2 tone leather/suede.

I am a size 42 in Dansko , these were no exception. These are meant to be loose on your foot. I have the dreaded plantar fasciitis and so far dansko has helped the most. This the 4 stars for comfort and style. Upon receiving the shoes in the original packaging the shoes were scuffed up in the leather part of the shoe. Thus the 2 stars for overall.

I've been wearing Dansko Pro 39 for many years. These arrived and I was so disappointed! They were huge, at least a full size larger that others. Also, I wish Dansko would replace the 'burnished' coloring since it just looks dirty. The distressed (or whatever it's called) isn't much better. Wish there was a tan or saddle brown solid leather and accurate sizing!

Unlike my other experiences with Dansko, I had a hard time with sizing the Brenna. Beautiful style and color.. but after trying 2x to get the right fit I gave up on these. They ran large.

The design of these particular Danskos are Modern, Chic and Retro at the same time. Loved the design. However, within 2 months the sole - especially the heal started to compress and disintegrate. I did not wear them everyday, but they were my regular shoes for work - an active position. The heel was already worn off and the sole showed signs of collapsing. It's too much money for a mediocre shoe made with sub-par materials. I'm bummed and disappointed Dansko - Don't get too big for yourself.

I absolutely love this shoe. It is beautiful. Danskos at my customary size 39 have been running too big. This one I ordered in a 38. The front part fits snugly while the heel slips off my heel -- a very uncomfortable arrangement. I am so sorry to have to return them.

I ordered a size down after my normal size was too large and flopped on my feet. The size down also flops on my feet and it feels like my heel sits too high in the shoe. Love the shoe design but, unfortunately, not for me.

I ordered my regular size; way too big. I ordered one size smaller; way too tight across the top (length and width fine). There is no size of this shoe that fits properly and I'm so disappointed because I thought they were pretty cute.

I'm very disappointed with this purchase from Zappos. I ordered size 37, and I received size 38. If that was the only issue with my order, I could have understood that sometimes mistakes happen. But the pair of shoes I received did not arrive in their original Dansko box and were very obviously previously worn – not just briefly by another customer who'd tried them on – but seemingly well-worn. The footbed in each shoe was dirty and worn, and the heels and sides were scuffed. Zappos sold me these shoes as new, not second-hand, and I expected the shoes I'd receive would actually be new. Because of the very disappointing quality control I can't actually rate the comfort or style of these shoes.
