I always wear a 39 in dansko. However I’ve only had the professional clog. I originally ordered these in a 39, they were big! So I reordered a 38. They slip off the heal a bit more than the pro but they are comfy and the support is still there. I love the color and style.

I love these clogs! These are my first pair of Danskos ever, and I couldn't be happier. They're much more stylish than the regular professional clogs with less of a "clown" toe and the matte leather exterior. I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered the next size down since these seem to run larger than what's typical for this brand. I'm glad I did! There's just the right amount of space between my heel and the back of the shoe for the correct fit (where your heel lifts out of the shoe when you walk). It's like walking on clouds.

I am an 8 - 8.5 (typically 39), but followed advice to size down, and the 38 (7.5 - 8) fit perfectly. Lower sides with vent make them a little more stylish and easier to put on, even with socks. Typical Dansko comfort, toe box room, and support. Would love more colors.

I love these shoes! I had to order a size down. Very comfortable shoes for being on my feet all day.

This is my 6th pair of Dansko clogs. This style is particularly good looking and the insole is super comfortable. I have always ordered/worn a 38, which is what I ordered this time. For whatever reason, my feet are swimming in them. Even with socks on. I am exchanging for a smaller size and I can't wait to wear them (insert smiley face here)!

Love these shoes! I did size down after reading the reviews and am glad I did. I normally wear a 39 in Dansko - bought the 38.

Some reviewers documented these ran large. I can definitely say that is NOT the case for me...I LOVE THESE SHOES! I just wish they had them in more colors.

Still trying to decide if they’re too big- I got a 37 which is my normal a Dansko size, but there’s a bit too much room in back over the size of my pinky…I’d have to wear socks to keep them right. I do like them but was hoping to wear sickness also- and to size down would be too tight I think.

I've owned and worn at least 10 pairs of Danskos over the past 20+ years. I've always worn a 39, but my foot is swimming in these and I need to go to the 38. Color and style are perfect!

Fit is great and accurate. These shoes are incredibly comfortable. The drastic color difference in the taupe color isn’t as apparent in person as the photos. The only drawback is that these are kind of heavy shoes. I am pregnant and had a pretty bad calf cramp after wearing them all day. Otherwise, these are great for work and everyday wear! Also, Zappos continues to be the best!! I can’t express how thankful I am that they make ordering shoes so easy with less pressure. Any other company I would be hesitant to order shoes from, but with Zappos return and customer service, I feel comfortable making a gamble on shoes I’m not 100% about before ordering (like these.) Thanks Zappos!

If you like the Dansko Professional clog, you may find these a bit too loose and without the foot support of the Professional.

Fits a little big, even with socks. I purchased the next size smaller, but they were too tight. I will keep the larger pair and return the smaller pair. Too bad that half-sizes aren't available. Note: I have Danskos that fit well in two different sizes, so when buying a new pair of a different design, I often need to take advantage of the free shipping for returns and exchanges.

These clogs are very nice, very well made and feel more fashionable than other clog options! I'm still adjusting to walking in them, the extra space that clogs are apparently supposed to have makes me feel like I don't have enough ankle support. Overall though I'm happy with them.

I have another pair of 39s that fit perfectly, and a pair of 38s that are just large enough. Both are Dansko brand clogs purchased in the last year, but different style names. I can't decide whether to exchange these for 38 or not. I guess you will find out soon!

These feel a bit smaller and narrower than other Danskos, but they look good and the oiled leather is pretty, though it scuffs easily, just FYI. They are not as comfortable as their Professional clogs or sneakers, but they are a nice option for when you want a slightly more streamlined look while still protecting your feet. They might fit those with narrow feet better.

I've been questing for my next pair of Dansko's that will be versatile for casual and work. These did not turn out to be that pair. The instep doesn't suit my arch sadly.

They didnt feel as good as the standard Danskos...

I wanted to try a Dansko clog after buying a pair of sandals. I’m on my feet at work all day, and I have high arches, so I need support. I know your foot isn’t supposed to touch the back, but even though I’m normally a 39, the 39s were way too large. My arch wasn’t hitting the right spot either. So, I had to return. I was going to order and try a 38 from Zappos, but my mom found a pair on clearance, just in the blue color. For $35 I had to try them, and I actually love the blue. The 38s fit my arch better, but with socks the very back of my heel grazes the shoe. It’s not a problem for me, but I do think the sizing on this shoe would be best if I could have a 38.5. I have long thin feet with narrow heels and high arches. I wear a 9 in Asics running shoes. I also would love a little more arch support. I’m going to keep wearing to see if I want to splurge for a black Dansko ankle boot. I didn’t have arch or heel pain after one day, but did have a little pain in my left big toe. Still deciding on if I would pay more for another pair. I love Zappos, though, and will always shop here first when looking due to the easy returns through UPS.

I am 7.5-8 and Dansko 38 has been a hit each time I buy this size with the exception of this pair. After reading the reviews I first ordered a 37, which I could wear bare feet only and the heels still flop. Then I ordered 38, which was too loose even with socks (half my heels flip flop each step). I really wanted to keep one pair, but had a hard time deciding which size to keep. The shoes are actually true to size -- the real problem is that the heels are made too wide, no matter the size. Also, the smaller size makes my feet look very small, disproportionally small. Size 38 looks better on my feet but just too loose for me to enjoy them. In the end I decided to return both sadly. I bought Ruby Oiled and it is a beautiful color.

Beautiful shoes. I am a pretty consistent 8.5, order 9's occasionally when shoes run short. I ordered an 8.5-9, Euro 39, and they are huge, even with socks. I couldn't even walk without the shoes falling off. Will try 7.5-8, Euro 38, but I've afraid they will be too short. I really wonder what kind of feet European women have! My comfort rating is related to how the shoes felt. If I based it on size, it would have been a 1.

I had to go down a size in these. My regular size was way too long and too wide. I have a long, narrow-medium foot with a neutral arch. I appreciate what another reviewer said about the arch hitting in the wrong place if you go down a size, but this doesn't seem to be an issue for me. I also am amused by the reviewer who said they had an elfin look...she's not wrong. Given my long foot, this effect is more pronounced, so I'm on the fence about keeping them.

This shoe is definitely 1/2 size larger than ANY Dansko I’ve owned. I’m not returning because the next size down would too short. The bi-coloring is a bit odd but not a game changer.

I really loved how these look however the arch support is much less than in the professional clogs. Had to return since I really need the support. I love the style so am sad they didn't work for me.
