I have two older pairs of SoftWalk Sonoma in size 11WW that do not slip off my heels, but this pair is enormously wide in the heel, and does not even catch before sliding right off. The reason I bought my first pair of SoftWalk Sonomas was because a reviewer had described them as wide in the toe box, but secure in the heel: perfect for those of us with wide, buniony fore-feet, and average, medium sized heels. This newest pair is uniformly wide and hugely disappointing.

These are decent looking flats but something is wrong with the leather. After first "try on" the leather was scuffed up...so weird. But wouldn't recommend these at all.

Adorable, stylish, comfortable, flattering, casual, yet dressy. No toe cleavage, nice round toe design. I'm normally a 9 in Vans or Sorels, but have a wide foot. Went with Zappos size recommendation, 8.5 Wide, and they fit perfectly!

These are adorable. I got the black zebra and I love the way they look. Much more interesting and grown up looking than a plain ‘ole black ballet flat. I have a very wide foot, and ordered a WW. Out of the box these feel a little tight at the forefoot. I am ??that they will loosen up since they are leather. Currently wearing the around the house to see how they are. Ultimately, I want to wear these barefoot, but I’m trying them with thin socks because the heel is rubbing a bit. We shall see!

The design of the shoe does not work. The cut hits a bunion which is very painful.

Beautiful graduated navy color. Darker navy fades into lighter navy. Not a big difference just enough to give a little style to this simple ballet flat. These run large. On me about a half size too large. Will need to return. I am a 5 1/2 Med these fit more like a size 6. I need to stress the soul as well as the heels are rubber. I must have misread when I ordered because I thought the souls and heels were leather.

Grateful to find a 10 and 1/2 which is what I should wear but it most manufactures do not make 10 and 1/2 , they jump from 10 to 11 so my shoes are either usually too tight or too loose 10 and 1/2 is perfect.

The heel is too wide, shoe falls off.

Beautiful color leather, very comfortable after I exchanged my normal size for half-size smaller. I will likely order this shoe in other colors.

These shoes are so cute, perfect for my everyday business casual but also look great with jeans. They do run 1/2 size larger in length, width is fine. I love Zappos! I’ve shopped here for years & hope your EXCELLENT customer service never changes! ?

Super comfortable shoes; never tried the brand before now, but impressed. Toe is a little more rounded than I'd like, but maybe that's also what makes them so comfortable. Could walk all day in these.

I ordered two pairs of these shoes in different materials, but the same size. One pair fit beautifully; the other is way too big.

Very neat looking shoes. color would go with everything. They are cut low in teh throat and just hit across the top of my toes wrong.

These are cute shoes, however, it is a shame I cannot wear them. The length of the shoe was fine, but the heel was large and the shoe gapped on the width. I have a narrow foot A-AA with 2-3 A heel. This shoe was very stiff and hurt to wear,

The back of the shoes is extremely rigid and uncomfortable. Arch support is minimal. Style is fun, but that is the only redeeming quality of these shoes.

Really narrow toe box. I have a slight bunion and it edge of the shoe hit the wrong spot. Cute style and color, but need to return

I have purchased multiple pairs of the SoftWalk sling backs. They are my go-to dress shoe. So, I expected the same from these. Unfortunately, this style is extremely tight. It felt a half size small and narrow. I couldn't tell if I needed to exchange for a wide or a half size larger and didn't want to go through multiple exchanges, so I just returned them.

Good shoe for a narrow foot! I ordered a 10.5N and was very pleased with fit. My true size is 11A - 11AAAA - this worked for me - not too short and narrow enough to not fall off as I walk. Take a little time to break in so the shoe doesn't have that awkward bend at the toe when you walk, but great for a full day of walking in office dress (I will definitely be taking this to multi-day conferences requiring a lot of walking!) I flat foot and don't need arch support, so can't speak to that.

I have a wide foot and the 7 1/2 wide fits me perfectly. Shoe seems to run large — I usually wear an 8.

I ordered two pairs of this shoe in different colors and fabrics. One fits perfectly, and the other is too large in the same size.

The shoes was comfortable with a very cushioned foot bed, too cushioned, providing no arch support.

I usually order 9N in size, but had to go up a 1/2 size for comfort. I have a bunion on one foot so these are not extremely comfortable but good enough to wear for special occasions.

I felt as though my feet were being supported. Love the fit and the simple look. We'll see how they hold up, because I'm planning to wear them a lot. They do squeak. Hoping that stops.

Very cushiony but great arch support and probably one of the most comfortable pair of flats I’ve ever owned.
