It's wonderful to find ballet-type flats that come in wide width AND have a removable insole for an orthotic if you have one. Almost perfect, just a little disappointed in how the material color is getting a little worn looking so quickly (but may only be noticeable to me). For those who wonder if the wides will work for their feet, I can say that the wide is not very wide, but adequately wide if you have moderately wide feet. They seem to run a little long, so I went down a 1/2 size, which I sometimes have to do with other shoes and it was definitely needed with these.

I wear a narrow shoe so ordered narrow and it was still too wide. Normally I wear 9 1/2 but slipped off my heel.

The left shoe was definitely a bit larger than the right but I think a heel pad should fix it. Other than that, they're amazing. Surprisingly comfortable right out of the box which is SO unusual for me. Love the neutral color and would get the blue if they get it back in stock.

The toe box was good however from the arch to the back the fit was too big.

These shoes are so comfortable

They are very cushiony and soft to walk on but too tight with the inserts and too loose without. I may try to size down and wear without the inserts except that kind of defeats the purpose of SoftWalk. Or I may need to get them from a website that has wider options.

Unfortunately, the left shoe flipped off my heel whereas the right one fit perfectly. So annoying.

Shoe length in the 6.5ww is surprisingly long; will try going down a half size. Really cute and comfortable shoe, but way too long from mid foot to heel.

The shoe was great for the occasion (wedding) that I bought them for. I can also like the shoe for a casual dress up of jeans.

So disappointed - despite reviews that suggested the shoe ran true to size or even a little large, this shoe felt incredibly smaller than my typical size 7.

I love this shoe but the medium width is too wide. I need a narrow. Had to return.

Nice looking shoe but were not wide enough. Hurt my feet almost immediately

They are not cute!!! Pictures make them look better than they are.

color is nothing like picture on website. What I received is very black and white with some light grey

Lacks a good arch aupport

Unfortunately the shoe fell off my feet, The shoe is lovely and made well, but the fit is all wrong.

I wear (and ordered) a 6W. These did not fit like any 6W shoes I’ve ever worn. Too long, too narrow. I returned them.

Ouch.......they hurt !!!!!!
