I purchased these shoes because some of the other shoes I usually buy were out of stock, and I was pleasantly surprised. The soles are firmer and give more support and do not slip on wet surfaces. They are somewhat heavier, but I seem to be adapting OK. If these hold up well over time, I plan on getting another pair for the summer because they seem to vent well.

Combined with Superfeet Orange insoles, they have done much toward restoring my walking mobility for this 70+senior.

I originally ordered the 11s and they were small. Returned them and got the 11.5 - perfect fit. Very comfortable

The shoes were great I might order half size bigger next time I just like a little bit more room shoes are great service was great I will be buying another pair soon.

I have wide feet, so I usually wear New Balance Shoes. Zappos is always easy to use and had the shoes I was looking for. They were not available on the New Balance Website or Amazon. Well Done Zappos!!!!

I have a lot of damage to my feet from 7 years of active duty Army. I work for USPS and walk nearly 13 miles-a-day on my route (that’s carrying a lot of mail as well) and my feet were become too painful to bear. These are probably the top 3 walking shoe in the world. I have a size 12 standard width foot and, while there are other soft shoes out there, none of the other brands I used helped because they are not specifically engineered for serious walking day-in, day-out like these NB. I love these shoes and they may have saved my career and lower body. I just wish you had more in stock.

Fit and size is perfect. My only complaint is that the shoes came in the wrong box and that box was completely demolished! I know it sounds silly, but when you buy something brand new, it makes it feel like they are not. Presentation is everything!

These NB shoes fit perfectly. NB Sizing has always been consistent for me.

These shoes are the first, in a long time, that fit! Excellent fit! The shoes fit well and provide a smooth comfortable action as I walk for exercise.

I wear 12 AA. This is a 12 B, but the laces and the heal design let me walk comfortably without "walking out of the shoe". As B width is so much easier to find, I am really happy.

I have a wide foot, and ordered the 4E and it fit absolutely perfect. Shoe is very comfortable and reminded me why this is the second pair that I've purchased in the last 2 years. Really well made shoe.

I have had various 847's for years. They all have been fantastic with great support. The latest version of 847's are well made and extremely comfortable, however the latest styling (in my opinion) is the pits. Overall a great functional shoe.

I normally wear a 4E but with this model it has a wide square toe and 4E was much too wide They did not have a 2E for this color in this model

I order these shoes for my brain injured brother. His doctor recommended another brand and I bought the same size as I usually do. Turns out I needed a 1.2 size bigger. I called and your company was amazing. Gave me a credit came and picked up the first pair and ordered the new. I am very impressed with your customer service in this situation.
