The arch was too high, and not enuff cushion in the sole very stiff bottom

Unfortunately, while the left shoe fit perfectly, the right was very bunched up and uncomfortable. I have returned them and will order another pair later. No big deal - these things happen in life.

Initially I was excited about finding a pair of shoes in 11 AA width. However, after wearing them, I discovered that they were too small. My toes were at the very tip of the shoe. After walking with them for a day or so, they were hurting my feet and were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I cannot return them as I wore them outside. I will try another pair of New Balance shoes but will order a full size larger than what I normally wear hoping that they will be more comfortable. I guess that is the problem of ordering shoes via the internet.

Felt tight compared to the 990v5 pair I purchased in the same size.

It felt narrower over-all. Also, it is comparatively heavy.

I have wide feet so my normal selection is a 10.5 2e or 4e. I had to stop wearing them because they felt so big. These were also the only shoes where I experienced pain on the bridge of my feet.

The shoes fit perfectly. And the arch support was perfect BUT the tread is detaching from the shoe. NO GOOD. And yes they are two years old but I've never had a New Balance shoe fail.

The size was as described. However they felt like two cinder blocks at 14oz thats was too heavy.

The size and width were true to form. The heel is very hard. Too firm and not comfortable to stand or walk in.

It runs small / narrow , compared to the New Balance grey walking shoes that cost only $94. Plus, it doesn't feel as comfortable as the less pricey one I mentioned. Though, it's a beautiful shoe and well made.

Shoe was tight across the top. Length and width where OK; height was too short.

it's rare to find a show that is actually as wide as it states. that being said order a half size smaller. the wide toe box is the best i have seen.

Ordered 2A size. Not really a 2A, still way wider than it should be. Had to add more insoles to make them wearable. For the price pretty disappointed in the fit.

The quality of the overall sneaker is below what I am used to in a New Balance sneaker. The material on the shoe looks as if it would fall after 1st cleaning. The material is not tight fitting to the shoe. The shoe feels bulky and uncomfortable. I've brought each version of this style for over 10 years and this is the worst!

I have had lots of New Balance shoes. My right foot now has a growth at the toes, so I need a wider shoe. The 6E is definitely wide enough in the toe box. But the shoe looks goofy it is so wide. I am embarrassed to wear them in public. And Heavy!!! One of these shoes weights more than my other 2 shoes put together. I am sorry I paid so much for these.

After purchasing 2 pairs of New Balance in last year or so that fit perfectly, I was shocked that I couldn't get my foot into this shoe!

I was used to size 10 1/2 in NB 990 and 1540. This shoe didn't fit right. I would have liked to exchange this shoe for a 1540 but you didn't offer it in a b width.

My son has wide feet. This style works pretty good for him, good extra wide width and comfortable; however, this shoes didn’t last long. After wearing for 2-3 month, this shoes has a couple of holes on front side. I know boys shoes doesn’t last long but I expected to last at least 6 or more month. I also learned that white shoes for boys doesn’t work well. His shoes has too much dirt. It is permanently gray now :(

As compared to the previous versions the V4 look and feels very cheap.

Not impressed. Never had a problem with New Balance before but soon after I received these the logos peeled off the shoes. They look terrible.

I bought these shoes because I wanted a summer walking shoe. What I got was a quishy wider than needed shoe.

These sneakers run very large.

This box of shoes is obviously mismarked. They are mens shoes. I will try to return these and reorder womens' shoes.

I ordered Men's 11 1/2 B width. You sent Menm's 11 1/2 4EEE width. Ridiculous.
