This is all but slim. To baggy and size iz kinda off. these are dropping down even I have other manufacturers where size is great

Huge, way too long, and too big in waist, there's nothing slim about these baggy fitting pants. I ordered 36 waist and 30 length. I'm actually wondering if the wrong label was put on them, they are that far off from the size. The quality and design looks good, but the fit is ridiculously wrong.

Like another reviewer stated: "Nice pants, poor quality control" Bought 4 of the tan ones a year ago. They all fit a little large around the waist at first but like all FR clothes. After a couple of wash & dries, they shrunk. 3/4 of them fit perfect now, 1 of them the waist shrunk too much and fits too tight for comfort. Recently bought the 3 of the grey ones. Same exact waist & inseam size as the ones I bought before. These fit way too baggy and they are more "boot cut" like at the bottom of legs. Really frustrating for how much they cost. You'd expect something as expensive as this to have better quality control. I would recommend but only if they get their QC department under control.

I purchased 3 pairs of these approximately 7 months ago. I love the fit and flex but the materials are not long lasting. The pants started pulling on the thigh after just a month of use, and now 2 of the 3 are in the trash. FR clothing won't do much good with holes. I expected better for the cost. My Carhartt FR doesn't fit as well but lasts twice as long.

The fit is too big. I ordered 38 x 32 but they fit more like 40 x 34.

Apparently in Zappos-world, men's pants are measured in "Size" and "Width", unlike the rest of the world where men's pants would be measured in "Inseam" and "Waist". But if you guess that "Width" must be for "Waist", you'd be wrong. In Zappos-world, "Width" is the inseam measurement.

Once again Zappos sends the wrong size. What company cannot figure out that width is not how tall someone is and length is not how big someone's waist is. If you order these keep in mind, Width is inseam length and length is waist size.

The pants fit great the problem is the material after just a month of wear has already shown signs of significant damage and premature failure not to happy with spending 130$ on pants that fail after a month.

I've worn ariat fr pants for years and these are the first with irregular sizing. I'm 5'10 190 and wear a 33/30, but I usually wear the M4 workhorse pants. I ordered these M5 pants after a coworker suggested due to the stretch fabric, which I do really like, but unfortunately the sizing on the M5 is way off. As you can see in the picture they're probably two inches longer than my M4 Workhorse pants and drag the ground at my heel. Unfortunately for me I ordered 3 pair, one in each color. Ariat, please just stick with the M4 Workhorse and use the stretch fabric

Material is okay but I can literally fit both legs into one pant leg. Fit is awful.

The size 34-30 was a huge size difference from the Gray version on the same exact pants in 33-30. What in the hell is going on with people at Ariat to be having sizes so drastically different. These pants are drastically wider and taller than the gray ver. I dont know if its the sizing chart on the zappos site or Arait but this is crazy. Im gonna return it and get some grays which seem to fit me the way I want.

Just like every other pair of jeans on here, These too are made for clowns. I will never understand how a 32 slim straight would gain 3" of fabric just because they have FR on the side. If you are looking for a good regular size pair of FR jeans just give up now. They do not make them. When i say they i mean every jean maker.

Waist and length sizes are reversed so my pants are unwearable and also unreturnable since my size is out of stock, and since there is no restock for practically a year, I have no pants to wear. This site is definitely a shoe site because they don't do anything else correctly.

I purchased 4 pairs after trying one on to confirm my size. Unfortunately, this was a mistake. All 4 pairs are significantly different in size and fit despite being purchased from the same store at the same time. The shortest & longest pair, both marked 3034 vary in length by almost 4". The wastes range from can hardly button them tight to falling off without a belt. Additionally, the durability of the M5 is surprisingly poor. I purchased these pants for job walk/office days and they are falling apart after only a few months. The the tags are falling off and the belt loops/pockets have come unstitched. I was pleased with the quality of M4 pants in the past, but won't be purchasing any more Ariat products until they can get the quality control figured out

fit size was too long and too baggy, crazy they are called slim fit, I've never had the sizing be so overly oversized in every way in my life, they were not even close to fitting per the size
