Overall the boots are warm and comfortable. True to size and width. Did not get a chance to test them yet in wet snow or below 32F. Unfortunately they do not look pretty at all. I would not recommend them to young adults.

Just got my boots and they remind me of moon boots with laces. They are very light and only time will tell how long the outer fabric lasts. For those of you ordering wide, if you're a true 2E, the wide probably won't work. 4E definitely will not work. Depending on the brand of shoe, I often have to buy wide but some brands I don't have to. Since I'm on the cusp of D and E widths, these work for me. The ball of the foot area is fine, but the rounded/narrow toe area is what will cause problems for those with truly wide feet.

These are my favorite boots for winter time - snow or cold and rainy. They are extremely warm but vent decently well. They are very waterproof unless you're trekking through 6+ inches of water. And they are very light and have excellent traction. The one downside is their laces don't last at all, and they don't sell replacements.

VERY COMFORTABLE BOOTS. THE ONLY THING THEY NEED IS SOME HOOKS INSTEAD OF LOOPS FOR THE LACES. IT IS DIFFICULT TO TIGHTEN UP THE BOTTOM LACES BECAUSE THE LOOPS LET THE LACE SLIDE BACK BEFORE YOU CAN GET THE UPPER PULLED DOWN THUS LETTING THE LOWER PART OF THE BOOT NOT TIGHTEN.

Comfortable boots. Haven't used in snow yet but work in a cooler all day where it's wet and cold. Feet stay warm and dry.

I bought these before a trip to Colorado for some hiking. I don't have a lot to compare to because this was my first hiking boot. The hike we did was pretty icy and very cold. My feet stayed warm and the grip in the snow was ok. On the ice they were pretty slick which I guess is to be expected. They were comfortable for the 6mi hike and my feet stayed dry which is very important to me. My only complaints is that the tongue of the boot is really dumb looking and the seems like it needs a few more eyelets for the laces to go up higher. Other than those few things I'm happy with my purchase.

Boots look good like they're good quality. Haven't worn yet, so can't really say if they are good quality or not. Shipping took forever! If you're in need of boots and you want them quick I don't recommend ordering online.

Ordered the Men's Fairbanks Omni-Heat Boot this winter. Wore them in the -30F weather and feet never got cold. Feet are staying dry even with the slushy wet spring snow. Great winter boots! Don't seem to be ideal for wearing year round, definitely don't have the support to be wearing on hikes in the summer. Overall great winter shoe, will not be buying bulky winter boots anymore.

There great warm comfortable but very hard to get on you got a thick sock kinda snug .

Boots are great but returning them is a big hassle

Some of the warmest lightest boots I own. Used for winter work in the film industry. They fall apart with heavy use. But for the aforementioned qualities I'll buy a pair for each season.

Very good boots. My only gripe is that the tongues slip out from behind the laces sometimes.

I bought these only because I had a credit for a similar amount and wanted to save some loot. After having worn them a bit, I would gladly pay the full price for these boots. Look and work as a hiking boot however they wear like a tennis shoe super light and quite comfy! Well played Gert, well played!

These are incredibly warm. Too warm to wear all day at my retail job I would say. They are quite comfortable walking around on concrete for 8 hours though. Can't wait for the first snow to try them outdoors.

Been through one hunting season and am impressed. Wears like a tennis shoe but aggressive like a boot. Very water-resistant but some will come in through the laces from time to time if it's raining hard or deep snow. Also a good all season boots from spring all the way to winter they are warm when you need it and not when you don't depending on sock choice. Definitely recommend

Was sent wrong size and customer service was excellent at taking care and sending us right size ASAP since we were very close to leaving on trip that we ordered them for.

I like the color and the fact this is not a bulky boot. Looks like a regular boot but for winter time. Great to wear with jeans.

Excellent daily and weekend mid range hiking boot - insulated for cold weather but not meant for extended winter use. Comfortable and a solid functional design to prevent soreness from longer walks/hikes. Ankle design is warm although you can't tighten the laces too much in the higher part of the boot so you will get some snow/water in that way if using in poor weather. All around a solid choice though - these wouldn't be my go to hiking boots I would go with something a little more aggressive but these are excellent as weekend or casual outdoor mid range boots.

I purchased these boots for a trip to Fairbanks AK in a few weeks in search of the Northern Lights. I've been wearing to break in and right out of the box was impressed with the weight of these boots. It's like my feet are wrapped in a sheet of paper they're so light. I have two bad knees and buying footwear is a challenge. These boots have not caused any problems and my knees feel better then when wearing any of my tennis shoes designed for bad knees. Have only had one pair of standard socks and my feet have stayed comfortably warm. Did not score all 5s due to they have not been used for reason I purchased.
