I ordered 2 pairs to see which size fits better, and both came with a noticeable mark! I can tell these are good boots, true to size (the snip toe boots are slightly tighter than square toes), true to color/description, and comfortable. I know many other reviews mention damage, but I'm hoping I can get a good pair if I re-order.

these are the most beautiful boots I got them in the light pink the stitching is gorgeous they are made fantastic. I have a really thin calves and they're slightly big on my calves they would be good for somebody with a bigger calve with that being said I still, I'm gonna keep them because I love them so much.

Love the boots but they came in worn already. It sucked paying so much for boots that were clearly already tried on.

Color is more purple than pink . I have a lot of pink in my closet, so this was definitely not what I was expecting.

Boots are too tight. Run pretty small, uncomfortable, but very pretty.

Love how these looked online but a little disappointed when they came in the mail and weren't as high quality as I hoped. Hoping someone can tell me how to fix the flop on the left side.

The boots are beautiful and well made. However, they arrived with scuffs on the toes, for the price, I expected them not be in perfect condition. I reached out to customer service and they assured me they would send me a new pair. A week later I still had not heard from them. I opened another on-line ticket requesting someone to call me and I never heard back form anyone via phone or email. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will not purchase from the website again.

This boot is absolutely beautiful! I did end up returning them because they were very overwhelming on me. I'm only 5'0 and they took were knee height on me. Also the size zipper on one boot didn't work correctly.

I was so excited to order a new pair of boots for my birthday. When I received the boots I realized that the left boot was damaged. It had small cuts all over the boot. Also, the sowing on the zipper side was damaged. Very disappointed as I wanted to wear the boots for my birthday dinner. I wish I could upload pictures to show the damage.

I have multiple pairs of Ariats and these are the first pair I've been disappointed with, the paint peeled off after half a day, they're so uncomfortable and rub the top of my legs. Tried bringing this up in a store and was just treated rudely, not the quality you expect for the price

The quality of the boot is great. The color however is not for me. I took the chance on the mystery box but did work out for me this time. Too bad they can't be returned.

Extremely cute and fashionable boots. I so desperately wanted these to work, but unfortunately can't make them. I've owned a lot of boots in my day, and I've never had this problem, but they basically forced my toes up in the boot which is extremely uncomfortable. Wound up returning.

I don't know if mine were built wrong or if this is how they are supposed to be but I can feel the edge of the heel digging into my foot as if there's nothing in between. I'm going to keep them and just buy inserts because they are absolutely stunning boots but I'm incredibly disappointed considering the price of them.

Uncomfortable. You could wear to dinner but not for extended period. Tight around ankles

I purchased these boots to wear to a ranch wedding. I have ordered them twice. The first time the tow area had deep scratches, inconsistent with the distressed boot look and unrelated. I ordered a second pair that also arrived damaged. The second pair had what appears to be, black permanent marker spots. I need these boots in one week and I am not confident that this can happen. Somewhat disappointed.

I really love these boots but they do not fit around my calves at all. They have no wiggle room and I feel as if Ariat should make a wide calf option.

I haven't even worn these out, just tried on with a few outfits and the stitching by the zipper has already come undone!

I bought a 1/2 size bigger and it is so narrow that my foot wouldn't even begin to go into the show part of the boot.

Let me start by saying these are SO CUTE. However, there's a good sized heel on these making it awkward to walk in for us unseasoned people. I wear between an 8 & 8.5 normally, and opted for the size 8 which led to my toes being a bit squeezed by the point of the boot. 12/10 aesthetics, 3/10 functionality

These boots are super cute, it's sad that the fitting the horrible. I have narrow feet. I got a size 6 normal size and I had a hard time putting them on. Super tight on the bridge. And wide on my calves. I'm returning them.

Bought these as a gift and this is the second pair I ordered after returning the first. Every pair seems to come with scuff marks around each boot.

I was so excited for these to arrive. They looked gorgeous, but the second I put them on, holy foot pain. I didn't have them on for more than a minute before I knew I would have to return them. They put your foot in a very uncomfortable position and I just couldn't do it.

Very cute boot but were too tall for my petite frame. The toe rounds up just like they are shown and puts your foot in an awkward position and wasn't comfortable to walk in. Definitely more for fashion. Probably would have kept them if I was 5'8" and not 5'4".
