Was NOT HOT pink!! They are fuchsia. More purple.

Purchased the Casanova after months of research between this brand and others. Somehow I received a pair of boots that had multiple issues, scratches on the leather, missing stitching and a very noticeable gouge in the edge of the footbed of the right boot. I returned the boots and reluctantly re-ordered another pair. Extremely disappointed because I received nothing more than my original discount for my inconvenience. I now have to wait two weeks for the replacement whereas I received the original pair within 4 days. My experience has not been great.

Could not be more disappointed with these boots. While they are pretty, the quality is terrible. The boots themselves arrived somewhat tatted looking, they are quite uncomfortable and one of the zips are very had to pull up. I wore them once and the leather at the front on the snip toe is peeling off. Considering the price point of these boots I'm very disappointed in both quality and comfort.

The zipper wouldn't go up all the way contacted you people and you never got back to me to exchange them so my husband finally zipped them for me but still hard to zip up

Well if I ever get what I ordered I would be glad to write a review on it, I'm writing now and only giving 1 star is because I ordered a pair of boots for Christmas. The only reason I ordered them here is because the website said they would be here by the 23rd. Well it was 7 days later before they even processed them to be sent out, and now I'm told they won't be here until the 30th of December. So much for being here before Christmas. I can honestly say this will be the last time I ever order anything from here.

I don't understand why these are made so small for the calf.. I bought the light pink ones and am truly so sad these don't fit and apparently do not have the wider option for that color.. extremely disappointed. And also to add my calves are not that big.. do better.

Love the color of the boots, but the quality is not worth the money. the stitching is terrible!! and the leather is lifting where the stitches were not fully secured. i was sent these boots straight out of the box, the FIRST thing i could see was the awful sticking and bad quality

I had to return these because the shaft was way too small. I was able to get them on my feet but I could not zip them the entire way up the shaft. It will only work for someone with a VERY small calf.

I had Ariats decades ago and these are just horrid. Just too much and terrible, terrible fit. Am sending back.

They look great but feel HORRIBLE! I wouldn't purchase these again! I don't suggest anyone buying themthey are the most uncomfortable shoe I own!

We own numerous pair of Ariats, however, these arrived with one pull tab missing on the zipper and the creases on front/back were dirty. Appears to have been a return. Was a bday gift for my daughter from her grandparents.

Since I can't give a 0 star, I'm forced to give 1 star. First let me start by saying that I'm a first time consumer, and as I was excited to receive and now be wearing my boots. After two failed attempts I have nothing. The pair I initially ordered, came with slight imperfections/damages, so I sent them back and had a replacement pair sent. Had I would've known that the replacement pair they sent me was going to be even more damaged from being worn and returned I would've took my chances with the first pair. I'm also surprised that they were even returned, restocked, and re-shipped because the damages were THAT bad. Not only was that frustrating, the inconvenience of it all was very off putting as I needed this for a specific event, but because of the quality/sevice I received I did not have them in time/at all. As an employee who works in retail, Ariat really dropped the ball on this one. I hope you all get it right going forward.

Boots looked and felt cheap. Returned. Quality of Ariat had declined.

THEY ARE NOT PINK THEY ARE PURPLE. BUYER BEWARE. They run extremely small in the calves and they are really tall! I have a 29" inseam and these are knee-level on me. Not only the size, these are not hot/barbie/pink like the pictures, they are purple!!

These boots run like two size smaller, so make sure to size up or to get the "Wide" size. and the shipping/return process is horrible. . think wisely before buying.

Beautiful boot but would not fit my around my calf! I'm tired of all boots being like this.. like everything else in this industry, items are not made for "bigger" people.. I also I would like to add that I'm not huge.. Ariat you need to change this!

Please make size 12 available! We need bigger sizes with lots of colors!

I fell in love with this boots. Sadly, if you have big caves this is not your boot. I even tried going up in size but it did not work. I would have loved to own the pink ones. Hopefully the Belinda boot will fit and maybe later will be available in light pink. :)

DONT BUY! As cute as this boot are, they are not worth it! I wore them on my trip to Texas and the first day I wore them they cut my legs! I wasn't able to wear boots for the rest of my trip! Bummer

The wide version of these boots are NOT wide enough. I had really high hopes for these boots due to the price but they just aren't it for me. Hoping one day they'll come out with a wide calf and wide foot option.

I wanted to love these boots but the pair I purchased arrived damaged and it was obvious that these has been worn previously by someone else.

received my boots and one of the boots is warped with a huge crease and some black markings. Sad no one even checked for quality before they shipped. Needed it for this Saturday.
