After my girlfriend bought me these for my birthday I liked them but after wearing them once I noticed that one of them didnt feel right. Hey Dudes sent me a left size 12 and a right size 10 which should have been both size 10. Because they were purchased farther in advance from my birthday, hey dudes declined to help and send me a left shoe size 10. I will not be buying any more products from this company and do not recommend to anyone else because of the lack of help I received.

This is my third pair of hey dude shoes. This pair has a wooden type looking sole and are incredibly uncomfortable compared to the last two pairs. Very disappointed.

I was told they were the most comfortable shoe ever. Liars. The worst shoe I have ever worn. They looked and felt like cardboard. What a waste. I returned them immediately.

The only thing I found true about them is that they're lightweight. I won't be wearing them on any regular basis there are comfortable. I also feel their very overpriced

My grandchild wasn't able to wear them, the insole didn't lay flat in the right shoes. I didn't even take the left shoe out. This shoe took forever to receive, had to email several times. No way to talk to anyone. I'm being charged late charges, which I'm like you. NOT responding till I received a final charge fro these shoes being sent back, minus the late charges. NO I don't want another pair. My experience with hey dudes are over.

The sole came out when i first opened the box. The shoe squeeks when i walk. I was recommended by a friend to check them out and i couldn't be more disappointed.

So I dig the way these look however on the 2nd time wearing these with minimal activity somehow one of the end pieces that go over the shoelaces are missing. So I've worn these three times, that's one time for every shoe lace endy thing that hasn't fell off yet. Are there end replacements that I can purchase? I didn't see any options for that. Any help would be appreciated because as of right now the shoes look odd.

I followed the guidelines on the website for the size of shoe I should buy and excitedly wore both pairs on a trip I had planned. Neither fit and when I went to start the return process I noticed that I would be unable to send them in for an exchange. Great product but a bummer that I now have two pairs of shoes that don't fit

They shipped much slower than expected and when they did arrive they smelled like trash. One of the insoles was warped like they had gotten wet. Very unimpressed.

Shoes are very small. Gave them away

Its not the shoe I ordered. Mine do not have the cream colored soul. Its just all black(or grey). I dont like them as much.

I have not received the shoes so would be tough to do a review. Considering this was to be a gift, would love a refund!!!

the fit is way too small, my toes poke out of the ends. Nobody will reply to my emails, website inquiries, or social media. All I wanted was to get a bigger size. Now I have two pair sitting unused that I can't do anything with until someone finally checks their email. Terrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.

My feet are so cramped I couldn't walk after six hours at work. My toes touch the end of the shoe as I walk. I can't send them back since I wore them and I'm afraid to order a size 13.
