Really enjoy hey dude shoes, but this pair runs small. Tried to wear the leather in to stretch it out but it hasn't worked. Buy size bigger than normal

I bought a pair earlier for my son. Then bought 3 more for Christmas gifts, but one pair was not what I ordered. I contacted customer service multiple times, but still no resolution. We like the shoes and would purchase more, but want the service issue to be resolved. Thanks for any help.

These shoes are so flat footed, they have no arch or support at all. If your use to walking in concert or flip flops you will probably like them. I need some type on arch for all day support.

My family loves Hey Dudes but the insoles in this pair do not fit the shoes. The in soles are about 1/2 inch shorter than the footbed making them uncomfortable. Disappointing.

Showed up with a big scratch on one of them in recycled leather and stitching on both we're un-even along bottom

Shoes are okay. They said they would be very comfy. Ive felt better comfort in a memory sole.

I LOVE the classic wally sox but these dont fit the same. Not enough room in the foot bed due to the stiffness of the material.

I bought my first pair of Hey Dude shoes based on recommendations from coworkers. I wear a size 12 shoe. I bought a size 12 from Hey Dude and they are too small. My toes are jammed up against the front of the shoes and are so uncomfortable I can't wear them. I wasted my money. I guess I need a size 13 in Hey Dude shoes because they seem to run a size smaller than advertised.

I bought 2 pair of new Hey Dude shoes. One is fine, the other jams up my middle toe and it turns red after I wear them for the day. Ouch

I wear an 11 but these shoes run small and they are not comfortable. I wanted to trade them for a 12 but was told that I couldn't exchange them because they were a final sale. Not happy.

They ran extremely small. I wear a size 12 in most brands and these were so tight I could barely get my foot in them. My biggest regret is purchasing online and having them show up crushed in a bag without even a box.

I like the shoes, but I ordered a size 15, and they are not true size 15s. Wore them outside to break them in, so I can't return them, but they around around a size 14 or so. Toe area was too short. Sadly, I can't wear them.

I ordered the size it recommended me picking and it still came out small, I loved the shoe so much I wanted to exchange for the right size but went back on and not only was the exact shoe not even on the site but the one that looked the closest like it was sold out in my size! So I had to settle for a completely different shoe and really am not as happy as I was with the original pick.

The front of the sole ripped off in the first week of using them , I had to buy a shoeglue to stick it back together. Other than that the shoes are really comfortable, but everytime I wear them the parts that bend create white dust.
