It's probably my socks, but these shoes pull my ankle socks off every time. Taller socks are no issue. Otherwise I do like them and I am a tennis shoe only wearer

For me these are not great walking shoes and I don't think they're meant to be. I love the deep ocean blue color and fuzzy insides.

Love these as a house shoe. Two areas to be aware of are 1) they run a half size too large (perhaps to accommodate a thick sock in the winter and 2) there is a large uncomfortable tag attached to the insole that needs to be removed before you wear them (use a seam puller for best result). These offer comfortable and stable support for indoor/outdoor chores. I spray a waterproofing agent on them for taking the trash out in the winter snow. I've recommended these to several friends who are now loving them.

Fine for house shoes. Wish their was more support.

Sooo comfortable and kept my feet warm and cozy on my day walkabout at Chimney Rock, NC in January. We stayed at a cabin, and I didnt take them off except to sleep! I ordered a half size bigger as I thought Id be wearing heavy socks ,but I didnt need to wear the heavy socks. My next pair will be my true size.

A warm snow with good traction. I find I need arch insets if I am going to be on my feet for long. But they are great for slipping on to do outside chores or errands.

Runs large, especially as pile packs down with wear

Im pleased, good quality and excellent customer service. They are super comfortable for my wide feet and I feel secure walking in them.

These shoes are warm & cozy and just what you want in the winter. My only complaint is I wish they had a higher arch support.

Love these slipper/shoe combo for taking the dog out in all kinds of weather. Easy slip on and very comfortable. My only negative is the lining tends to slip out every time I take them off.

These are my new "I don't want to take them off shoes." I wear them as slippers. I wear them all day at home. I wear them when I run to the store if the weather is dry. Suede does get dirty easily- spray them with suede protector. I just wish the black ones were on sale.

perfect for when it is cold, I use it almost like a slipper in my drafty 100+ year old house. They slip on easily when I have to run out on errands or outside. The fluff inside has tamped down, so they are not great for walking as they don't fit snugly enough for a walk, but otherwise, I am happy.

Overall a good shoe but not as confident that arch support is as good as in past slip-ons similar to these. Lining seems thin.

Love the look. The fit is great. But not as comfortable as I expected for this quality brand. A little stiff and no squish to insole.

I love these shoes. I have been wearing them for years. I really can't give much info on the wide, however, as my foot is swollen from arthritis and I can't get it on. But all the others have fit very well so I expect these will as well. I love the real sheepskin lining . Far superior to the fake stuff.

This is my 4th pair of the Merrell Encore Ice. I found this pair to be a little wider than the others which isn't good for me as I have narrow feet. I purchased Merrell insole inserts with kinetic fit/arch support which fixed the problem. Wish Merrell would include these in the Encore Ice.

These clogs are super comfortable and fit great!! I would definitely recommend buying these shoes. Theyre super warm with or without socks and slip on easy. Plus having wide feet I really needed the extra room. They were on sale 1/2 price so I couldnt resist buying them. Im actually thinking about buying a second pair.

Extremely warm! And very comfortable! A definite must have winter clog. But the outer sole makes noise when you walk, this gave it 4 stars.

So comfortable! Back in the 70s, yes a long time ago they used to sell Earth Shoes which were roomy and so comfortable it felt like you werent wearing shoes. Encore Ice 4 are pretty darn close to those. Straight out of the box comfort, roomy toe box and the fleece lining makes them warm but not too warm. I can walk around in these all day and my feet feel great when I take them off. Get lots of compliments too.

I got these slip-ons to to walk my dogs. I wanted something comfortable that I could quickly slip on and off. Ordered a size 9 and had to exchange for 8.5. Insole is flimsy, offers no support and sends your foot forward as others have mentioned. I replaced with a better insole. No way I could wear these as a slipper around the house. Soles are stiff, uncomfortable and clunky. After a week or so, the heel collapses when I put it on creating the need for a shoe horn. Overall, an average shoe that's not very comfortable and more trouble that it's worth.
