The sole is very hard and uncomfortable, with no cushion at all. It's probably true to width, because a W is a bit to narrow for me; I usually wear a WW. The length was ok with the 10, but I normally wear a 10.5 or 11. The arch is moderate to higher, but rides too far back toward the heel for me. Shoe did not flop on my heel when I walked.

The shoes were ok in general style. I got the blue and the color was great. But there was a really cheesy white embroidery on the heel which, in my opinion, was a complete deal-breaker.

The fit of this shoe was reduced by a loose vionic sole insert. This made the shoe feel short on the toe and tight on the sides. Also, there were several worn and shiny areas on the exterior suede, which indicate that the shoes were either not properly stored or had been used.

Very stiff leather (?) with removable insole which didn’t feel comfortable. Also not attractive on me.

The shoe was so stiff and I did not like the shape of the toe. Very uncomfortable to me. Thanks.

Too big even though I always order the same size.

This shoe was at least TWO sizes to big. I wear a nine, I ordered a nine, the insole is a full inch longer than a nine.

VERY narrow in the mid section of shoe but plenty of room at the toe. Zero give or flexibility; quite rigid. Love the brand, not the style.

This is again the case of Vionic not wanting to make 10.5 shoes so one who needs that size has to try on the size 11s. Sometimes they work and other times they don't. These were too big and sloppy on my foot.

Shoes definitely run big and will be returning. However as a customer since 2009 I am not pleased with this transaction. - PayPal option is gone -2 day shipping is gone -shoes came in a shipping bag and not a Zappos shipping box as had always been the case - shoes were in a random Cole Haan shoe box and not in the proper Vionics shoe box. Not expecting that for a $120.00 pair of shoes! Zappos was my go to for shoe shopping, but after this transaction and changes that have occurred, I can’t say it will remain that way. ??

I know shoes stretch out a tad with long term wearing, but for some odd reason this pair stretched out alot! (and I haven't worn them more than probably half dozen times, and to work where I'm basically sitting all day). At first I didn't mind, I figured they'd be cute with cotton socks in colder weather. But they are just too loose. Returning. Also, when I was looking at them, there is a split in the fabric where you can see the white underlayment of the shoe on one of the heels. Still love Vionic, good quality, great arch support - I've got a dozen pair, and will buy them again certainly; there's just something wrong with this particular pair.

Cute shoes, but returned. They were too wide in the heel and the mid area of the sides folded when walking.

Beautiful shoe. Very stiff and rubbed against my heel. My heel also was slipping out of the shoe as I walked. I really liked them.
