Fine.

I have moderate bunions so I ordered a W in my usual size 10. The shoe was too long and too wide (except in the bunion area). I exchanged for a 9.5 W, and it fit much better. The arch support doesn't hurt my foot; it just hits my arch area oddly. I don't plan to wear these shoes for extended periods of time so I think the shoes will work fine. With bunions, this may be as good as it gets, and I need flat black shoes so I am keeping them. The style is very cute and on trend.

6.5 W fits beautifully, if a bit loose in the heel. Excellent arch support! I am buying another pair in black. The silver/light gray will go nicely with my dresses this winter as I cannot wear any heel at all.

These are the perfect work flat when you need to start needing arch support all the time. Size is a little funky, one shoe feels a little smaller, but that foot is also a little bigger (and flatter) so it may not be Vionic’s fault. Both shoes eat the backs of my heels, though most shoes do that to me. But I was disappointed since these were supposed to be softer than the leather version. Overall they are great and I would recommend, just not as perfect and problem-free as I was hoping.

These fit about 1/2 size larger than any other Vionics I have purchased.

These are super cute and I wanted so badly to keep them. They're just too narrow for my feet. I find this to be the case with many Vionic styles. They are quite stiff so I doubt they will loosen up. If they fit you right you will love them.

This shoe is an attractive casual shoe. I ordered the taupe and it is a beautiful color that will go with anything. Unfortunately, for me, it was too narrow, thus the 3-stars for comfort. My feet are on the wide side of medium width and these fit on the narrow side of medium width. The length seemed true to size but it was difficult to tell due to the narrowness squishing my feet. I am returning rather than chancing they will stretch.

Sadly, it was too much arch support and not quite in the right spot. Definitely, worth a try if you want arch support. Good looking on my size 11 feet.

I bought them in summer and they felt tight (probably due to heat/swelling). If they have half sizes, I may try a half size larger (than my normal 7) to account for summer swell/ or autumn socks.

They are nice shoes, well made, but they didn't work for me. Usually Vionics feel comfortable and broken in at the start. This is my first purchase of closed toe shoes, other than boots, from Vionic. I have narrow heels and borderline narrow feet. These were a little stiffer than I'd like, and they may have softened up with wear, but my feet are cranky and no longer have patience to wait for shoes to break-in. The heels slipped a little when walking around the house but improved when I put on liner socks. The main issue was there is not much height in the toe box and it pressed down on my big toenails and I have normal/slender toes. A half size up would've probably been too large. Have to return and try another style. I have many pairs of Vionic sandals, heels, and boots because my cranky feet are happy in them. I purchased the Leopard print and Olive green suede. I like purchasing from Zappos because I receive my order quickly and returns are easy and free. A lot easier than shopping around in stores.

Vionic is known for stylish orthopedic designed shoes. The arch support is stiff and the foot bed is not cushioned. This is a very distinct shoe ( calf hair with gold spots) and beautiful. It is comfortable enough, more for style though.

Runs a little big, but half sizes not offered. Also a little wide in heel. Otherwise comfortable and stylish

I have been wearing Vionics for a few years now and I like the quality and the arch support. Typically they are very comfortable. The Vionic Willa which I am reviewing here is a pretty shoe, but the medium width is wider than the other Vionics I have worn, and I want to note that a few other styles are also running wider. My heel and arch area are a bit narrower than a medium but I never order a narrow in any shoe. I hope Vionic will correct this problem with future styles.

I love the shoe but it is too wide for my narrow foot and didn't have a narrow option.

Returned. Bummed that the "medium" width was actually narrow. New ones were quite stiff and cut in a little around the instep. Would like to find a wider pair. Expect there'll be a break-in period regardless.

I can't tell if these were too big or have an odd style. There was a 1/4-1/2 inch gap caused by the tapered toe box that made my feet look huge. I normally wear almond toe shoes so maybe I'm just not use to a different shape. They were super comfortable and otherwise exactly what I needed so disappointed.

Please put fabric (suede) on top of all arch supports! The silver Willa has that and is amazing at keeping foot from slipping around in shoe.
