I haven't had the chance to go on an expedition with those so far but I did use them in the cabin to keep me warm and it is amazing, you feel right away the difference in temperature on your feet. I'm looking forward to bring those booties with me for winter camping, it's gonna make a huge difference! The sole look strong enough but the only thing I might worry about is the side fabric if I walk around the camp in the winter and there a crust of snow that I go through, I hope it won't damage anything.

To start, I'll say I certainly don't regret buying these and will likely buy another pair if they ever wear out. The good news is they are washable, and 4 backpacking trips later + a spin in the washing machine they still look and feel new. The bad news, is that they are nearly impossible to wear on ice. I stayed in a Appalachian Trail shelter in the Smoky Mountains after a big snow shower, and I was practically unable to use these to walk around camp because of the ice. I slipped and hit my head once and learned my lesson. This was terrifying becuase if I had been camping solo or hit my head any harder I could've been a dead man... all because I underestimated how slippery these are. I highly advice you to consider this before wearing them anywhere icy. Again I do still love them though, and bring them on every mountain trip in all seasons. They are also great for cold feet in a hammock, and I have slept comfortably with them on in a hammock in 25 degree weather. Just don't get yourself injured trying to walk casually with these on ice.

Have your feet ever gotten cold while sleeping in the great outdoors at night? Pack these on your next backpacking/camping trip and you will never have to worry about cold feet again. Only thing that could make these better is a removable shell that you could throw on over the booties during midnight bathroom runs.

Just used these for a cold weather backpacking trip. They kept my feet nice and warm.

Being older, I have a tendency with my feet getting cold (Even in the summer). I was looking for something that was comfortable and would keep my feet warm while sitting around in my apartment. I took a chance and have not been disappointed one bit. I may get a second pair to hold in reserve!

I love these things. I tried to get some two times now but they kept selling out of my size. I'm currently up in Ontario Canada in the call the weather is starting to set in. I want to have some thing that was light weight but couldn't keep my feet super warm. I've already started to use these and they are fantastic. Sometimes I'll just wear them around inside the house and occasionally outside on walks. I'm very excited to have these on my next camping adventure as well. An absolute must-have for cold footed individuals.

First time I put them on, I knew they were the right choice. Warm. Soles were like walking on warm jello which means going to visit nature in middle of night, your Piggies will still be warm and protected.

So far these have been great! They do run pretty true to size (I got a medium and should have gone small, but the size chart told me that already). My only issue is the lack of a durable feeling sole. They just dont seem like they will get much mileage out of them with the soft sole thats in there. Seriously warm though!
