I got my Ugg's in November for my birthday, i loved them so much and wore them pretty frequently, they are starting to tear on the side and scuff very easily. Disappointed for the price.

The uggs and sucks were lovely but the website kinda sketches me out considering I did not know that the charge you twice for your order and the refund the first charge.. it was stressful so I would just recommend finding them in store so you don't get charged twice lol

I had a couple pairs of Uggs over 10 years ago that were so well-made; thick and plush and sturdy and very, very warm - held up over Minnesota winters. These minis feel just okay; definitely not as fluffy and warm as they once were and no longer seem like they are worth the price for the quality.

I've been purchasing Ugg for many many years now... Usually around September/October in several styles, but the ultra mini has been my most favorite go to!!! They use to be thicker learher with a more substantial sole... The sole of the boot changed first, it became thinner... Then I started to notice that the material wasnt as thick and warm on my foot as well as the lining that use to be plush and cozy... Now they're putting this material patch on the heal that doesnt match the pattern and material of the boot itself... It takes away the richness and quality of what was once an excellent product!!! Was Ugg sold to someone or past down to another generation, bcuz the decisions they are making are now feeding a totally new dynamic of people...

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter but it was too pricey

I normally wear an 8 and could literally not fit my foot in these boots.

I believe you have changed you sizing. My size 8 usually fits perfectly. Now they are too big, however, a size 7 is too small. Not sure what happened.

At first when I got I loved but I've had for about 3 weeks now and I can confidently say it was not worth the price. First they are not at all thick the "fur" is not keeping my feet warm. Also the fact I have to buy a separate spray just for them to be water proof is very unfortunate

First Uggs ever and I was so excited. Had for 3 weeks only worn twice and started to come apart at the seam. Contacted customer service and I have to do a full warranty return that could take weeks. Really disappointed and frustrated.

I was SO excited for my Uggs to come in.. after having had multiple pairs of uggs over the years, I was finally pumped to get a pair of the minis. Upon first glance, I was pretty bummer. The stitching looks cheap, the fur doesn't feel like it used to, even the tag on back of the shoe looks cheaply made and applied. Not sure what happened to Ugg but it's incredibly disheartening.

I really like these, they're exactly as I was expecting except that a hole developed in the back of one of the boots near the top after just the second time wearing.

The product came very faded. Her ugh slippers are much blacker even though they are very old compared to these new boots. These look very washed out

This is my first purchase of the original looking uggs in 15+ years and the quality has definitely gone downhill. The external material isn't durable. I debated returning them but already weatherproofed the material (which did help slightly with the durability), but you shouldn't have to pay more $ to buy products to strengthen the material. I won't be buying again. The knockoffs are better quality. Disappointed customer.

I only have tasmen slippers to base my size off of. I'm a 7 in those. But I ordered a size 7 in these and they're HUGE and I know they just stretch and the filling flattens and get bigger with time so I have no choice but to return the shoes I waited A FULL YEAR FOR to get the Antelope color. I'm so fully devastated and cried for days because it sold out before I could exchange them.

Just received my UGG'S and the right shoe is tighter than the left. I measured the fabric from the sole to the stitching and the left one is definitely longer than the right. so I know it's definitely not me feet. I have multiple pairs of uggs and never had this issue before. Other than that issue I do like the uggs!!

I'm not thrilled with the color. Lighter than other Uggs I have in this color.

I had a pair of the original UGG minis and they lasted forever. I received my new pair as a Christmas present, and they are already falling apart. The tab on the back is separating from the boot, and the fluff is coming out.

They were not as black as I thought , they look like a faded black

These boots fit perfectly and they are super comfortable. I am very disappointed in the appearance of the material as it is very faded and ashy and makes the shoe look worn down as if I've had them for 1 yr vs 1 week.

My MIL bought these for me before Christmas and we received finally in January after being on back order. Worn them the first three times no issues, and when I went to put them on the forth time the ripped. Not at the seam but in the piece above the back tag then down to the seam. I cried.. this was the first new pair I've had in ten years when I bought my first boots.. there is no reason this should have happened.

I love wearing ugg boots. They're comfortable and last such a long time. I have 2 pairs from 8 years ago that are still thick and cozy. However, I was disappointed with my purchase of this ultra mini classic ugg boot. Immediately taking it out of the box I noticed a drastic change in quality. The fur inside is extremely thin. My 8 year old uggs, worn down as they may be, are still thicker and feel better to the touch. I wish I could attach a photo to this review so you can see how sparse the fur is especially at the heel. I moved the fur around and there are bare strips here and there. I don't recommend these newer uggs. I compared them to my old uggs and there is a distinct difference in quality.
