I always buy uggs before fall and after choosing this years pair i am a bit disappointed. I love UGG for their quality and this time around i fidnt get what im used to. I opened the box and so much fur was falling right out. Ive bever had any do that. It also had cardboard clippings in the front of my boot

Feels too big after the first use. I will have to buy another pair and get rid of them

I have had these for months they are totally worn in and I still can't get them on and off easily. In fact it's such a struggle and hurts my finger and I hate it so much they are basically just a waste at this point. I won't ever wear them.

I'm not sure how anyone wears these. I bought them to wear as slippers and I didn't even think they were comfortable enough for that. Pair it with the price tag and it's a big no for me. The opening to get your foot in is too narrow so they are kinda difficult to get on and once you have them on they feel like they're suffocating your feet. TTS. Nice color. Otherwise nah.

So disappointed. In my family we have at least 10 pars of Uggs between us. My daughter wore her ultra minis a hand full of times after getting them for Christmas and they ripped right along the back seem. Ok, that happens. The disappointing part is that when my mom (the purchaser) reached out to Ugg with photo and video of the product they said that they warranty ended January 31st. Not the return window, but the warranty. It clearly says that UGG offers a one year warranty. Why are they giving her the run around? They should instead stand by their product and warranty. This Christmas alone, my mom bought 4 pairs of UGGs for her grand children. She never will again after being treated so poorly. I'd love to include a picture but I don't see where to attach one.

The color is waaaaaay darker than the website. I kept the shoes but I wasn't expecting them to be this color.

I was so excited to receive my ultra mini boots but I was so disappointed to receive both boots ripped at the back! Couldn't even wear them once. Didn't want to take the chance to receive a second damaged product so I just returned and thankfully the return process was very easy and fast! Maybe in the future, I'll buy again but not online.

It's messy when you wear a socks and the color deteriorate quickly look whitish

Very comfortable. Im disappointed that the Wool doesn't cover entire surface of footpad and the Boot lining is matting after only one month of wear.

For the money I spent on these, it's shocking to see how sloppy they are made. The fur is coming out through the stitching!! I am a fairly new customer, only beginning to purchase the Ugg brand a few years ago. The first few pairs I got were of excellent quality. The fur was plush, leather thick and durable, super comfortablebut now I have definitely seen a decline in quality. The last pair I purchased had much thinner fur and are not as comfortable and these Ultra Minis are literally coming apart!! They look like something I got from a cheap discount store (no way to add pics?) Sad to say they will be my last. I will buy Docs instead. They care about quality.

I have bought many pairs of Uggs over the years and have loved everything about them aside from the price. Unfortunately, this pair is different. The coloring of the ultra minis I received disappointed me. I purchased the black ones expecting them to look as pictured on the website: dark black, fresh, and brand new. However, the pair I received look faded and old. I've worn them a couple times hoping the faded look would grow on me however it hasn't. I was really excited about these, but now it just makes me sad I spent so much money for old, faded looking shoes. I'd post a pic so people could see what I mean if I knew how.

Not sure what happened to Ugg's. These Ultra mini boots are super wide and I feel like I am wearing clown shoes!! Teens do not seem to mind, however I do. Have been wearing Ugg's for almost 2 decades and have seen the quality continue to decline. Very Sad. Will be visiting the Ugg Australia site where the boots are still made there!

they are extremely big and i sized down on them and somehow still big. i needed a size 8

As they are expensive, customers will love rightful. 8 is small and 9 is big for my daughter. Why not have 8.5 size like other companies?!

The left boot fit perfectly. The right boot was visually wider, I had difficulty walking in it..

I ordered Ugg Minis for my daughter. The size is correct but one of the openings is a bit smaller so instead of sliding into comfy shoes, she has to really work to get just one on. I may return them but not sure.

Product is great. Shipping was a nightmare. I ordered the product using Apple Pay which preloaded the shipping address before I had time to change it. 1 minute after order I reached out to customer service and there was nothing they could do. After spending hours on the phone the best they could do was hold it at a location near the shipping address. I live out of state and had to drive 5.5 hours to pick it up.

I was so excited to receive these shoes, a uniformed color. Only to be fooled by the pictures in the demo, these shoes are not all blue they have that big beige logo behind them. I was told it was the old design of shoes I was seeing. Uggs correct your pictures! Will be returning them. Shoes are comfy though.

These uggs are not as fluffy as they used to be years ago. The fur is around only 1/3 as thick compared to my older pair. They are cute but the quality has definitely gone down.

I got my Ugg's in November for my birthday, i loved them so much and wore them pretty frequently, they are starting to tear on the side and scuff very easily. Disappointed for the price.

The uggs and sucks were lovely but the website kinda sketches me out considering I did not know that the charge you twice for your order and the refund the first charge.. it was stressful so I would just recommend finding them in store so you don't get charged twice lol

I had a couple pairs of Uggs over 10 years ago that were so well-made; thick and plush and sturdy and very, very warm - held up over Minnesota winters. These minis feel just okay; definitely not as fluffy and warm as they once were and no longer seem like they are worth the price for the quality.

I've been purchasing Ugg for many many years now... Usually around September/October in several styles, but the ultra mini has been my most favorite go to!!! They use to be thicker learher with a more substantial sole... The sole of the boot changed first, it became thinner... Then I started to notice that the material wasnt as thick and warm on my foot as well as the lining that use to be plush and cozy... Now they're putting this material patch on the heal that doesnt match the pattern and material of the boot itself... It takes away the richness and quality of what was once an excellent product!!! Was Ugg sold to someone or past down to another generation, bcuz the decisions they are making are now feeding a totally new dynamic of people...

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter but it was too pricey
