These boots are so cute! A little tough to get on an off as others have mentioned but my main complaint is that the inside fluff doesn't seem as durable as other models I've had. The back interior heel flattened out really fast and sheds a little onto socks. Disappointed that after 1 winter season the interior heel is so worn outI mainly wear them for walking my dogs and stuff so nothing crazy.

I probably should've read the comments before purchasing, but sadly, I will be returning this product due to a very narrow opening. If you have wide feet, forget about it.

These were super hard to get my foot into, and I simply didn't like the ultra mini style. Made my size 9 look like clodhoppers. They looked so cute on the model. I was disappointed and sent them back.

I love these booties, they are sooooo cute and feel chic. BUT I hate having to put them on. They are so hard to get in and required me to work myself up to the process of getting my foot in the ankle opening. Once they're on, I consider just sleeping in them and only wearing pants that I can get on and off over them. ;) Also, I wear a 9 in all shoes, but ordered these in an 8 and they fit perfect (once they're on).

I love them but the ankle is small bc of where it's cut so it takes forever to get them on but once my foot is in the fit great. So I'm in between. I would buy them again but I would have to go up a size. I just hope that doesn't make them feel loose. To be clear I would refer to a friend but I would advise them to go up in size. They are true to size once on, if you get them on.

I didn't know I could break a sweat putting on a boot until now. Love Ugg and have been a loyal customer for years, however this boot was really difficult to get on due to the opening having no give or stretch. After trying for 20 minutes I finally managed to shove my foot in. Next time I would order a classic mini.

These are beautiful but run very large--so wide that I fear going down a size wouldn't make a difference. i so wanted to have these cozy booties but last is all wrong for me.

What happened to UGG? I have several pairs and this is the first time where I can tell a noticeable difference about the quality. These feel cheap and look cheap! I can’t get over the difference in quality from the very first pair I bought many many years ago. The inside of was not soft or plush but felt like cheap acrylic on my feet. Also, what’s with the tag inside? It’s rubbing on my ankle. I can’t believe how different these are. I am seriously saddened that the quality has diminished so dramatically. I love the look of the ultra classic with the short style but cannot get over the lack of comfort.
Definitely returning!

These are my first pair of Uggs and I love their warmth. They are true to size for me. After less than two months of wearing only around the house (normal use), the fur on the left toe has worn off and there are two obvious patches missing. I am pretty bummed about that considering the price. I would definitely buy Uggs again, just not this material.

The left foot fit perfectly. The right foot my heel lifted right out of the boot. My guess: someone tried it on and it was too small stretching out the heel. I waited so long for these boots to be in my size. I've been debating keeping them. Every day since I received them I tried them on. I can't even exchange them because once again they are unavailable in my size. I decided today--enough! They go back. The slipping heel in one boot will drive me crazy. If you are looking for black suede in 8--it will be back in stock soon. Stay posted.

Both literally and figuratively. I'm not absolutely sure if I'm going to keep these. Every time I try them on with something it just doesn't look good. Also, there is a slight slippage at the heel portion, which tells me I should've gotten a 1/2 size smaller, I'm not even sure if they come in half sizes.

I purchased the classic mini ultras in a black size 10. They fit like a dream and I thought I would wear them everyday. However, the first time I wore them, my toes turned black from the dye. I wore them for about an hour on a dry, mild, October day. I was very disappointed because I really liked these boots; I expect more from UGG - shoe dye should never run. Sadly I returned them.
