I have a narrow heel and this boot slipped in the heel.

The boots are great, but I did not receive the original box due to zappos reason of original box being damaged. Zappos probably should let customers know before sending without original packaging or not send items without original packaging for full price. I contemplated sending by them back, as they may have been a gift. But I am keeping for myself. Frustrating. First time I’ve had an issue with this company.

Such cute shoes but I had to return. Due to a high instep and arches, I can’t get me foot into this shoe. A zipper would have solved the problem.

Loved them, but as soon as you get some morning dew from the grass on them, they stain a darker brown.

Too small in the toe box area and my feet slip out. Not comfortable

I know my rating of odd but you will understand when you read this review. I included a pic of my 1st pair but the 2nd pair is already packed to ship back. I purchased the Classic Ultra Mini UGG in the Olive Green shade 1st and they fit fantastic. I was hesitant as many reviewers indicated they were way too small and could not slip their foot into the boot easily or at all. I had no problem with putting them on; they slipped on very easily and fit fine overall as I expected. Extremely comfortable and look cute. I then ordered the Burnt Cedar but WOW, what a difference! I thought I’d break my foot getting the boot on. Going back obviously. I am do disappointed as they are a gorgeous shade of brown.

I've resisted the siren call of these boots for so long. They didn't seem practical, but in a moment of weakness when I was craving something cozy I decided what the hell, let's give em a shot. No risk to try since Zappos has such a great return policy. Honestly, for the price I found these disappointing. I remember trying on my college roommate's UGG boots in college like 12 years ago and they were crazy soft and cozy, like a really luxurious fleece. I'm not sure if the boots have changed or if my memory is just faulty, but the inside of these is nothing special. Not particularly soft. Looks and feels like cheap fake fur. They're mildly cute, but definitely not worth $140 in my opinion. Ended up returning.

Very stylish and comfortable but very difficult to get on.

Not sure if I should return these. Love them...once I get them both on. The left boot has a much more narrow opening that the right. I have put them on twice so far. The right slides on; the left I struggle to get my foot through..takes about 5 minutes to "work" in in.

They're just not the same. I hate to report this bc I've always loved Uggs, but these are *significantly* less cozy than my old pairs. Not sure what the difference is in the interior fluff, but it's not worth the money to have a scratchy interior! It's too bad too because this cut is ADORABLE on. I wouldn't want to spend more than $20 on these — and even then, I've found much cozier slippers for less.

It’s a lot of color on your feet. Great for team sporting events. Hard to get my feet in and out of because it’s tight around the ankles. Didn’t come in original box or with original tags

Style is nice but opening makes it very difficult to get foot in boot. Returned both sizes because could not get them on.

The Ugg classic ultra mini is adorable - but cannot get foot into this boot. Top is not wide enough to slide foot into this boot. Should have an opening that opens and closes to foot can go into boot. Love the color
