They seem hard to get on- but I love the color

Got them on sale, which is the bonus to keeping them. The opening is super hard to get your foot into - I suspect this depends on how wide your foot is and how high your instep is. I had to use the shoe horn. They feel snug, but I'm sure they'll loosen up some. The biggest pain point for me is they rub the back of my ankle, as there's almost NO fur on the very back (where your Achilles tendon is), so worried over time they'll just hurt more (as the little fur that's there rubs off)...and then they'll be unwearable. I wish the opening was bigger AND there was fur on the back; hence, my reason for likely returning. I've been wearing Uggs for over 25 years and they've changed so much...the fur doesn't feel as soft, not as good quality, and they're running so small now in the actual shoe. So you can't size UP cause the length hasn't changed, but you really need to try them on in the store first and then buy on line cause they're so hit and miss now.

They sent a pair that must've been returned by another buyer . It had a whiteish stain on one of the boots and a piece of blonde hair. If I'm paying for something like this a unused product would be nice!.

the first pair i got ripped after wearing them only a few times, i had to wait a long time to have the ones i wanted restocked, and then i finally got them and they were so thin and cheap that i immediately returned them. disappointed with the quality of such a costly purchase

If you can, buy from the actual australian website. These are not worth the same amount of money.

I got my boots in chestnut and when they arrived the color looked lighter/kinda ashy not like the rich brown in the photo.

These Uggs look and feel very different from Uggs I've purchased in the past. They feel cheap and the fur is not holding up after only a few wears.

I love the style of the boot. Very cute. However everytime I wear them they turn my feet completely black. It takes me scrubbing me feet really hard to get the dye off and it still stays on my toe nails.

So I waited two months for these, the left one is visibly larger around the ankle than the right, which causes the left one to slip off every time I walk. The left one also came with a darker spot on the top of the shoe. Don't want to return them because I don't wanna wait another two months to get them back in time for summer super annoyed with the size difference. Other than that they are fine.

These Uggs are cute but they are tight and hard to put on. I purchased my normal size, 9. I'm going to have to exchange.

I returned these as the color is misrepresented, if they were white I'd buy them

I have the ultra minis in Gray and black and these are definitely different. I don't know if it had to do with the high demand or something else but they are definitely a little roomier and the color is so faded! The faded chestnut is what bothers me the most. I have at least 25 pairs of UGGS right now, if not more, and these are the first pair that I am not completely happy with. I purchased a pair of the same boots from the UGG outlet and they were a whole size too big when I put them on. I had to return them. So I searched and waited for these to be in stock. Now this. I am disappointed:( The shearling doesn't feel as full inside and I am wondering if that is why they do not feel like a 8. Since my first purchase of classic UGGs in 2006, which I still have, I wear an 8. With my previous purchases, I loved how the fur is thick and forms to shape of your foot when you wear them. This pair, may end up feeling bigger because when I wore them, there was definitely a difference. I wish I would have realized this before leaving the house. I would have returned them. Giving three stars because I love UGG but I would rather wait longer to get a pair than get a faded color and different fit.

I wanted to love these. Got them in and they just feel cheap. The quality just isn't there anymore. Things had to of changed because I compared them to my other UGGS and the fur is just so cheap. It had already matted and creased within a few hours of wearing.

I have several ugg boots and i'm a size 8. I order this one in my same size and I couldn't put it in.

I waited for several weeks for a size 7 pair. they finally got in stock so i ordered them but they did not fit. i returned them and am now on the waitlist for a size 8.

I have a dozen Uggs but this one ran bigger in one foot only! I returned them for this reason only! All my other Uggs fit fine but these were odd!

I've gotten Uggs my whole life and these for some reason feel fake and thin and creased immediately upon putting them on. I feel like it could be because these are the viral Uggs that were on back order. The toe also has a stitching malfunction and is like sunken in. But I love the style and shape of them.

Shoes are very comfortable, soft and warm. My complaint is that the inside bottom lining, the felt lining is coming loose and is all crunched up inside. I wore them only for four days, at home. I tried using a soft insoles but that's not comfortable. Can something be done? Presently I'm not able to wear the shoes. Thank you.

The shoe is really cute and it's really comfortable once you can get it on your foot. But that's the problem is getting it on your foot. It's such a struggle and it should not be that difficult to get a shoe onto your foot. Why is the opening so small? It needs to be made larger. Clearly everyone with narrow up to wide feet are having this issue. I do have wide feet and I wear a size 7.5/8 so I always get an 8. The next size up would be too big. I like them so I guess I'll just plan on wearing them when I know I won't have to take them off. I would never wear these shoes if I knew I was going to be trying on clothes, for example.

One of the Uggs is darker than the other. Waited for over a month to get them. Now my daughter doesn't want me to send them back because it will take too long to get ones that match.

They are very cute. However, I don't feel the fabric in this style is the same versatility as the other 3 uggs I have recently purchased. After only three wears, they have a gaping hole showing the stuffing inside.

These boots are super cute. I bought them on back order for my daughter and she loves them. She stepped in a tiny amount of snow on a sidewalk and the boots soaked all the way through and left her with cold wet feet for the night

The banding at the top of the boot was tight and had no give. I was unable to get the boot on easily so I returned for an exchange to a larger size. Unfortunately I was later informed the larger size was no longer available.
