I have worn these shoes maybe 3 times and they are already stained and look dirty. Keep in mind when ordering this color

Hi! I own a few pairs of UGG boots from the past 2-3 years. The quality has always been consistent. BUT when I got the ultra mini in the color caribou in the mail I was surprised they felt very thin. I put them on in my house to make sure they fit and they looked very cheap/ started to wrinkle right around where your toes are within 10 minutes. They looked like I had been wearing them for months. Just not the same quality as my other boots. I went to journeys and tried on a pair of the same boot in chestnut, totally different shoe. They felt nicer, the material felt thicker. I exchanged these for the same shoe but in the classic chestnut color. I'm hoping they show up as expected. I have black mini and the Neumel boot in goat and they look great 1-2 years later.

Once I hit order, I tried to change my order could not see where you could change your order or cancel your order so I called customer service. They told me it was too late but I read you had 30 minutes to cancel your order. I stayed on the phone for over an hour And could not change my order. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor they did not allow me to speak to a supervisor told me they will call me within 24 hours. I did not get a call. I got a text message stating the same thing over and over again, I am so disappointed in us customer service. It is not about the customer. It is about them. If it was not for customers you wouldn't have a job, but I guess that doesn't matter as long as we keep buying they can do whatever they wanna do. I was disappointed in the color because the picture I had a feeling it wasn't a true color and when I received it today, it wasn't a true color. It was more on the burgundy side it said Jasper red but from the picture it looks like a rust color and it wasn't and I googled Jasper red and that's not Jasper red it's more burgundy looking, but it's not dark dark as burgundy. It's a little lighter so now I had to have to return it because I really don't like the color and because I use a 10% off they telling me that I will not receive 10% off if I order a different color so I just think I will return them and I will buy them at a department store because I do not like UGG customer service. It should be employee service not customer service.

I buy a new pair of uggs every year and have done so for almost 20 years. I noticed this year, the quality is different. The density of the fur inside is much thinner even compared to my well worn pair from 2 winters ago. The fit is different as well. The uggs used to run a little big. Now they are true to size so have that in mind when ordering.

I bought an Ugg, and all my feeds are dripping with hundreds of Ugg ads. Makes me want to throw-up.

they're absolute huge maybe im overreacting but the size I got made these shoes look huge and my feet arent even that big

I just received my nee UGGs and I just need to review it I am so disappointed with the quality of this product is not the same as before, it seems fake product unfortunately for this price

Please don't make the mistake I did when I bought these. I'm an 8.5 and should have sized up to 9, but Uggs tend to stretch a bit, so I bought an 8, and I could not get them on. Something else I noticed is that the quality of these seemed a lot thinner than my older Ugg boots, hence the 3-star rating. I bought them in February of last year and have never worn them. I should have exchanged them for a 9, but I was on a trip, and by the time I came back, I think it was past the return window. They have been sitting in my closet unworn for over a year, and since fall is approaching, I need to buy a new pair of Tasmans and Boots before they sell out.

If you have a size 8 or larger then they might look long and very weird. Me and my sister returned ours

They seem hard to get on- but I love the color

Got them on sale, which is the bonus to keeping them. The opening is super hard to get your foot into - I suspect this depends on how wide your foot is and how high your instep is. I had to use the shoe horn. They feel snug, but I'm sure they'll loosen up some. The biggest pain point for me is they rub the back of my ankle, as there's almost NO fur on the very back (where your Achilles tendon is), so worried over time they'll just hurt more (as the little fur that's there rubs off)...and then they'll be unwearable. I wish the opening was bigger AND there was fur on the back; hence, my reason for likely returning. I've been wearing Uggs for over 25 years and they've changed so much...the fur doesn't feel as soft, not as good quality, and they're running so small now in the actual shoe. So you can't size UP cause the length hasn't changed, but you really need to try them on in the store first and then buy on line cause they're so hit and miss now.

They sent a pair that must've been returned by another buyer . It had a whiteish stain on one of the boots and a piece of blonde hair. If I'm paying for something like this a unused product would be nice!.

the first pair i got ripped after wearing them only a few times, i had to wait a long time to have the ones i wanted restocked, and then i finally got them and they were so thin and cheap that i immediately returned them. disappointed with the quality of such a costly purchase

If you can, buy from the actual australian website. These are not worth the same amount of money.

I got my boots in chestnut and when they arrived the color looked lighter/kinda ashy not like the rich brown in the photo.

These Uggs look and feel very different from Uggs I've purchased in the past. They feel cheap and the fur is not holding up after only a few wears.

I love the style of the boot. Very cute. However everytime I wear them they turn my feet completely black. It takes me scrubbing me feet really hard to get the dye off and it still stays on my toe nails.

So I waited two months for these, the left one is visibly larger around the ankle than the right, which causes the left one to slip off every time I walk. The left one also came with a darker spot on the top of the shoe. Don't want to return them because I don't wanna wait another two months to get them back in time for summer super annoyed with the size difference. Other than that they are fine.

These Uggs are cute but they are tight and hard to put on. I purchased my normal size, 9. I'm going to have to exchange.

I returned these as the color is misrepresented, if they were white I'd buy them

I have the ultra minis in Gray and black and these are definitely different. I don't know if it had to do with the high demand or something else but they are definitely a little roomier and the color is so faded! The faded chestnut is what bothers me the most. I have at least 25 pairs of UGGS right now, if not more, and these are the first pair that I am not completely happy with. I purchased a pair of the same boots from the UGG outlet and they were a whole size too big when I put them on. I had to return them. So I searched and waited for these to be in stock. Now this. I am disappointed:( The shearling doesn't feel as full inside and I am wondering if that is why they do not feel like a 8. Since my first purchase of classic UGGs in 2006, which I still have, I wear an 8. With my previous purchases, I loved how the fur is thick and forms to shape of your foot when you wear them. This pair, may end up feeling bigger because when I wore them, there was definitely a difference. I wish I would have realized this before leaving the house. I would have returned them. Giving three stars because I love UGG but I would rather wait longer to get a pair than get a faded color and different fit.

I wanted to love these. Got them in and they just feel cheap. The quality just isn't there anymore. Things had to of changed because I compared them to my other UGGS and the fur is just so cheap. It had already matted and creased within a few hours of wearing.

I have several ugg boots and i'm a size 8. I order this one in my same size and I couldn't put it in.
