I wanted to like these, but couldn’t get my foot into size 8. Ordered size 9, but it was too big. I usually love Ugg boots.

The color is cute. Boots are great but the ankle part is way tighter than other ugg boots ive purchased. I sent back for an exchange, but they don't send updates such as "your package has been picked up or recieved" so that's kind of a bummer but hopefully doesn't take to long then ill come back and rate all 5 stars.

They slip up and down in the back when I walk. If I go larger they will be too large other ways. Mmm

Very cute but hurts my heals and back of foot

I usually love UGG and how high quality they are. I decided to try out the boots and they came with the fur uneven within, lines on the top of the boot's skin, and just looked lower quality. When I tried to talk to customer service, they told me to return and wait an additional few weeks for a new pair to restock and get shipped. I wanted the shoes for a hiking trip and I waited for it to be shipped the first time which took almost 3.5 weeks (expedited) customer service didn't really seem to help me besides return the product before getting a new one.

I had to return as the shoe was too big. I don't see a record of my return? I sent back though UPS and have receipt. Please let me know the status of my return? It says the return site is down? Thank you

I don't like it too much because you get dirty

Compared the just bought Ugg to an older pair purchased, and the lining is definitely different. The new Ugg lining is not sheepskin!

I couldn't get my foot in it the way they were made and didn't try the larger size. I thought they would be too big.

I have had the ultra minis on my wish list for so long & finally got them as a gifts over the holidays. i've had them for about 2.5 weeks & one of the seems has already unraveled creating a hole in the fabric. i reached out to customer service & they were extremely helpful but i can't get the product replaced because it is out of stock. i wish they would keep stock of popular items for these specific circumstances. :(

Tried a couple different sizes and styles, but ultra mini ankle opening is snug- difficult to put on, somewhat uncomfortable, and strange looking. My sister, with even thinner ankles, had the same issue

Although they're the same shoe size (6), the cord on the right foot is extremely short/tight. Hopefully it will stretch out

Uggs used to be so comfortable, flexible & worth the price. Not any more. This was my 2nd purchase in a couple of weeks and I returned both purchases. In the past they worth the price, so stylish & comfortable, now they don't fit as well and not as flexible. I won't be purchasing any UGGS again.

While these are very comfy, the first time I put them on , they turned my feet black. I understand they use not toxic dye, but to have to wipe these out with a damp cloth, wear socks and put baby powder on my feet for the first 10 wears was too much trouble for the money I paid. I exchanged for a tan color only to find out a week later, they were not available.

Ordered a size 10 which is my usual size. Fits my foot perfectly only problem is the opening to slide your foot in is narrow so with a longer foot it is hard to get your foot into the shoe.

These are cute for sure and comfy like classic Uggs once they are on. But they are so hard to get on!!!! I wore them and wore them hoping it would get easier each time as I saw on other reviews, but it is still really difficult and painful to get them on each time. To the point where I just won't wear them any more and they are a waste of money. I really needed/wanted Uggs I could slip on and off easily. These are much much harder to get on than the classic boots. Don't get them if that's what you're looking for.

Love the ultra mini but does this style run big? I wear an 8 and have many other styles of UGG boots that fit perfectly in that size. This pair is slipping off my feet. I don't recall getting a return shipping label with them.

The color is nothing like the red in the picture. It should not be called red and the pic is totally deceiving unless I was sent the wrong color! The shoe is like a rose color, nothing like red at all. Not matching any of my red tops or accessories!

Hi, bought these boots for my 10 yr old daughter and she had great difficulty getting her feet into the boots as there is a canvas type material at top left f boot which makes it very difficult to get your foot into
