I will wear in house and on short jaunts..they are kinda heavy so not for long walks

The boot is too hard to put on....what ever is inside the back of the boot is too hard to bend to get my heel in

I can't believe how downhill the quality of uggs has gone. Got these for Christmas, worn a handful of times and they already look like I've had them for 10 years. The fur has disintegrated and feels like your toe will just bust through the suede. Not impressed

Got 9 and 10 since I am size 10 but my classic tall Uggs are size 9. So size 10 is too big - too long and wide on the top. And size 9 is perfect on the top but to snug (too short) and may not to stretch enough. Please please make half sizes as 9.5 would be perfect!!! Had to return both pairs

It is a struggle to put on because of the seam running across.

Very comfortable, but I wish there were half sizes.

I wanted to love these so hard but no matter the size I got (went down 1 size, returned them and went down 2 sizes) I kept popping out of.

They look fake and cheaply made

For the most part I'm a size 7. Sometimes 7.5 depending on the brand, style, purpose, etc. I love the mini but the opening is way too small. I have very narrow feet and small ankles and couldn't get the 7 on. My mom has smaller feet than I do and narrow foot & ankle. She could barely get them on but once she did she said the were very comfy. I'm going to size up to an 8 (I don't think I own a pair of size 8 shoe tbh!) and hope they are a little easier to get on! I definitely recommend sizing up bc of the smaller opening.

I love the style color but it is to hard to put them on. I think I will return for a more convenient slip on. They are very cute tho

These were a gift from my husband for a trip we went on and I didn't return them because I wore them on my trip. Now we know I definitely need to go down a size next time

I wanted to like these, but couldn’t get my foot into size 8. Ordered size 9, but it was too big. I usually love Ugg boots.

The color is cute. Boots are great but the ankle part is way tighter than other ugg boots ive purchased. I sent back for an exchange, but they don't send updates such as "your package has been picked up or recieved" so that's kind of a bummer but hopefully doesn't take to long then ill come back and rate all 5 stars.

They slip up and down in the back when I walk. If I go larger they will be too large other ways. Mmm

Very cute but hurts my heals and back of foot

I usually love UGG and how high quality they are. I decided to try out the boots and they came with the fur uneven within, lines on the top of the boot's skin, and just looked lower quality. When I tried to talk to customer service, they told me to return and wait an additional few weeks for a new pair to restock and get shipped. I wanted the shoes for a hiking trip and I waited for it to be shipped the first time which took almost 3.5 weeks (expedited) customer service didn't really seem to help me besides return the product before getting a new one.

I had to return as the shoe was too big. I don't see a record of my return? I sent back though UPS and have receipt. Please let me know the status of my return? It says the return site is down? Thank you
