I bought this as a gift. The person loved it but when I opened the box when I received it, I saw the boot had a smear on it. Overall Uggs are a good product, I would still recommend.

I love all my UGGS but these fell a bit flat for me. They are very comfortable and are indeed waterproof but the clear part gets a bit fuzzy looking almost like a foggy window in a car. They also run big. I should have ordered a size down perhaps they would not flip off my feet and feel so clown shoeish. I typical wear a 8 1/2 or 9. I ordered a 9 but and 8 would have fit way better.

I love all uggs. My favorite brand of all time. I have 2 of this particular kind the only downside with these ones are that you can see when your feet are sweating. But other than that just like all my others. I love them

Definitely size up. Typically in Ugg’s I size down because they stretch once they settle. These do not stretch so if you order your usual Ugg size, they will be too small

I brought my mom a pair for Christmas loved the look. So I went and brought myself a pair. I wear a 9, brought a 9. Looks big. Fit perfectly though. Absolutely warm. BUT UGG.... this isn't serpa! A refund should be issued for this deception!! Period!!

This boot does smell when purchased and continue to smell no matter what you try to do to cover up smell. Feet sweat in them because there's no air flow. My feet never smell in any of my other shoes or sweat. I bout the neon green ones and you can see condensation on them really bad.

Got the red UGGs as a Christmas gift. My previous UGGs were a size 6.5 so my husband bought me a size 7. Fits me right there so I need to size up. The main reason why I haven't worn it is because its painful to slip into around the ankle ( my feet are slim and narrow) never had this issue before.
I also saw many reviews about condensation and will be exchange the size, hoping this doesn't show up with red as is does within black.

BUT. I could not get them on in the angle of the ankle area.....I don't even have large ankles, I usually wear a 6m shoe but ordered a 7 so I could have socks on too....Loved the color and the look of them but they had to go back ):
I just wanted a short boot to slide into to go out....could you put a zipper in them & make them in all the colors you did ?

I didn't like that the plastic can fog up, I'm guessing if you're feet are hot. I didn't like the sound the plastic made when I first bought them, but it stopped.

They are super cute, true to size and I would love them except for the fact that they scratch up SO easily. I've worn them maybe 3 times and they are completely scratched up on both shoes.

I'm disappointed as I was under the impression the brown pair would be restocked and never was. I've called for the last 4 weeks and keep being told "the system is not updated" and no one knows if or when the brown pair will be available for purchase. My current pair fit too tight and there's no date in sight for when they will be available again. Please advise.

First thing I noticed this boot is definitely bulky compared to classic uggs. I have the black pair & there is visible condensation when it's too hot & when it's too cold. I dont know if it's just my black ones but it's almost embarrassing. They're so bulky they don't look right with too much anything so wear maybe because I wear skinny jeans mostly (which I always wear with my classics. Overall I love the idea of real waterproof uggs but I will be sticking to the classics from now on.

Super cute, but the sizing is off. Overall, I like the style and they seem well made. I ordered the natural/black color and the lava flow (which looks more orange-red in person) but I don't mind that. This was my first Ugg purchase, so I don't have anything to compare to in terms of size. I'm a true size 8, but just to be sure, I measured my foot (9.75" long) and followed the sizing recommendations on the Ugg website. I ordered the recommended size 8, but they were tight with thin socks on and it didn't seem like the plastic would stretch. I returned them for a size 9, but they were MUCH bigger. They were so large that I felt awkward walking around the house in them and my heels slipped out a bit. It's a shame that these aren't made in half sizes, because I really need an 8.5. I'm sad to say that I will probably be returning both pairs.
