The shoes are really big on me and I got my correct size. I recommend getting a size down

I was not a fan of the way these looked at all I will be returning for a Original style of UGG

There are no ugg stores here in Indianapolis so I cant exchange them

They big and bulky not even cute

Does not fit as snug as the other 7 pair that I have.

It was a gift for my daughter .. The shoes are made to big look like some clown shoes ..

Had to send back and couldnt order color I wanted because it was sold out make sure your size up they are cut small

Definitely wasn't what I expected. It's kind of like a bulky rain boot with fur on the inside

This boot is more on the orange side and not red like it appears to be on the website!!!!!

The brown looks lighter than the picture

The pictures online neglect to show the line that goes down the middle of the ENTIRE boot due to two separate pieces of plastic being meshed together to cover the fur as opposed to a solid plastic covering. THIS MAKES THEM LOOK CHEAP, like it's a knock off or bootleg version of the picture. Has anyone else received these"uggs"? Extremely disappointed

I loved this shoe when i first saw it only but when i received my order, I was HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered my usual size 7.... I couldn't even get my bare foot in the shoe. I would have needed a size 8, maybe an 8.5. When I ordered the shoe, nowhere on the site was there a recommendation to size up. I'm assuming its due to the rubber/plastic on the outside of the shoe that causes the constriction. Also, the shoe isn't as cute in person as it is on the site. I returned them and exchanged for a classic pair.

The color posted online is not the color I wanted. The clear dark brown boot were a very pale light brown color. I will be returning and purchasing from the store.
