I had the original e-tip gloves for years and they finally started showing some wear. I loved them. So I wanted to replace them. It drives me NUTS when companies change things and don't put the R&D into their decisions. I was around for the "New" Coke fiasco back in the 80's. Ask them how well that went. Theae gloves are the same great material, same if not improved e-tip function...but I guess they figured you could shrink your hand to get into the opening of this glove. It is WAY disproportionate to the fit of the glove. Terrible design change.

I like the look and the slim fit but the build quality is terrible.
They will begin to pill instantly if you try and put your hand in your pocket. Heaven forebid you touch anything with a rougher surface than glass! That will eat right through the glove very quickly. I just use them for driving to work in the morning and by looking at them you would think I did hard labour in them 8hrs a day they look so beat up.
Maybe North Face needs less time virtue signaling about eco materials and more time finding a durable material that lasts. I have had disposable gloves that held up better than these.

Terrible gloves. The grips came off and they ripped less than a month of wearing.

Found my hands incredibly cold. Would not recommend these. Had to buy a cheap pair of gloves and line these with gloves.

Not sure what hands these fit, but not an adult male. My hands don't even attempt to go through the opening.

Item has a terrible warehouse smell. The item smelled like it came from old dusty attic. This was such inconvenience that I couldn't give it to my daughter for Christmas gift.

Way too small, I do not have large hands but I order XL to have a looser fit, and I can't get them past my knuckles

Gloves are warm and the right fit but ripped after two weeks. I am hoping customer service can send a replacement pair.

These used to be my favourites and I've had a few pairs over the years. Now they've removed the elasticized wrist cuff and 'replaced' it with a non-stretch cord which makes putting them on and taking them off a chore. My knuckles barely get through. Even at 30% off I still feel ripped off.

These gloves in both size L and XL barely fit over my wrist to even get on. These gloves could be good if the fit was more forgiving. Do not waste your money and get a normal pair of gloves.

My wife bought me size large as a Christmas present however was way too small probably because it's a now unisex. Always have fit size large in the past.

I have only used it three times and it is already broken. No return or exchange! I need to send it back to the company for maintenance! It is very troublesome! I need to spend more money to buy another pair of gloves this winter.

Got them so I could use my phone and knew North Face was a good brand as I have a coat and many sweaters. Less than a week in and two big holes began to form.

The gloves are way too small. Send back for a refund and hope to get a larger size soon.

I bought my first pair by accident, three years ago - then they had a slightly different cut, and as it turned out, not only that. I wore them everywhere and always, they are not too warm, up to 0 * maximum, but very comfortable and stylish. Nothing happened to them, my favorite gloves - I recommended them to everyone. I recently lost one of my gloves and immediately ordered new ones.
Firstly, I was surprised by the lack of a male model, or women's or children's or unisex? What does it mean? But it is not important.
The gloves arrived and I immediately compared them with the remaining ones I bought three years ago.
Another material immediately caught my eye, I didn't attach any importance to it, but in vain. The first time I put them on and put my hand in the velcro pocket, I discovered several snags on the glove! Because of the velcro!
I now have mini holes all over my right glove, amazing stuff!
For comparison, I rubbed my old glove hard against the same velcro - and nothing happened to them.
I will never recommend anyone again, moreover, I will discourage them.
And the saddest thing is that I never found any analogues.

I love the fact it is capable of making or receiving calls with the e-tip. I love north face gloves, especially this particular one. But I don't like how they change or tighten the loop to put my hand in. I have to forcefully put my hand tough just to fit. I feel they should stay with the original design.

I bought these gloves to use as liners when skiing. My third time using them, I noticed the stitching was coming apart in multiple places.

This product literally stains my hands and fingertips black. The dye is clearly poor quality and has ruined my manicure twice!! Terrible

Great gloves but they are impossible to get on because the wrist is too small. Returned

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Not sure what happened to these gloves in 2022. I have had the same style and size the two years previous, so I was surprised that I could not get my hands into these 2022 gloves. I literally could not get my hands into the gloves past the tiny unstretchable wrist openings. Maybe the pair I got was defective... Too bad, these were great gloves for driving, and wearing when it is not too cold.
