It's pretty comfy and cozy. It does have height to it so my foot has slidden to one side and I buckled. Can't walk too fast in them due to the weight.

These are very thick slides, I was not aware they are like platforms. Alsothe fabric is ruff not soft

I've been searching for the perfect slippers. I need some lift without sacrificing comfort and coziness. I thought I had found them. And was so excited when they arrived. Unfortunately they've stretched out and the reinforcement strap can't snug them up ash anymore. I sized them using the ugg calculator, but they just won't stay on. They're so stretched that they have rotated 90 degrees and I've tripped 3 times. I could probably put on very bulky socks to keep them from slipping, but that defeats the purpose and I'd get too hot. Plus I'd be afraid they'd stretch out even more to the point they'd be unusable.

The problem is it took over a month to come because it said it was on backorder. Then when it came back in stock it still said it was on backorder so I had to wait and I felt like I should've got a refund

I don't know how to rate this purchase because it hasn't arrived. This was supposed to be a birthday gift but my estimated delivery date has been pushed back again. I absolutely love every pair of footwear I own from ugg and I can't wait to fall in love with this one. Disappointed but hopeful......

One shoe is tighter then the other .

This is the FIRST & LAST time I'm ordering from here. I've been very patient. The shoes came, they look weird, they have an awkward uncomfortable heel to it. Decide to exchange so I can "still spend my money with UGG" instead of getting a refund. Worse idea ever. I've received NO communication, not a single customer service associate can tell me anything about my exchange, I am so aggravated at this point. I literally don't recommend UGG to anyone. Just look up their reviews on google. Products may not be bad but totally unprofessional, unorganized company. Everyone seems to have an awful experience, I hoped for better.

Liked the look but hate the way the black comes off on my feet

first ugg purchase was a disappointment

They are not as comfortable as I thought... the strap to adjust keeps getting loose so my foot feels like it's slipping all the time, not good for my ankles.

No too heavy

I just sent them back. Literally wore them for only twenty minutes. They wouldn't stay on my feet. I wish It would've worked out

Unfortunately I found this product EXTREMELY DISPLEASING and UNCOMFORTABLE. They want soft as uggs usually are I felt like I was walking on platform cardboard boxes. Also the dye from the fur turned my feet black. IVE ALREADY BEEN IN CONTACT WITH COSTUMER SERVICE.

The black dye bleeds onto the bottom of your feet and toe nails and it doesn't come off with soap and water. Also, the shoe isn't very stable. I found myself trying to hold on to the slide with my toes just so they wouldn't come off.

First off, I am not sure where this brand is headed. From surfers ONLY to the general population, and after wearing this brand for 40+ years, not sure I can even fathom the styles anymore! These are hideous! You thought the ones from last year were bad, these take the cake. Please UGG, do yourself and our eyes a favor, stick with your classic boots!!
