Chunky and super wide and much lesser quality than I expect from UGGS

I wanted to love this but it's not for me. One foot is bigger than the other. Tried to to stretch the other one out but it's clearly not the same.

Had to return these as they are heavy and bottom is awkwardly unsupportive causing ankle slips.

I am an avid Ugg's fan, always get 2-4 pairs a year! This slipper is really nice but they need to change it so the strap across your foot is adjustable. It's too loose and my feet slide forward and toes are always hanging off front edge. Minor adjustment can go a long way. Good news is that this is an anomaly with their products. Still dedicated!

I have 10 pairs of these, but I ordered the purple ones and they literally feel like they are a size bigger than what I normally get. They're too wide to wear and it sucks because they were literally on back order

This slipper was expensive Which I would not mind paying the price if it were a comfortable cushy product normally like UGGs feel on your feet. It is hard plastic uncomfortable and clumsy to walk in and it looks like a bathroom floor mat. I am extremely disappointed.

Super cute shoe. The upper part of the shoe is a bit stiff, and the bottom part of the shoe. I had to return and get something different. I still love UGG, but this shoe wasn't for me.

I really wanted to love these as I do all my other UGGS, but these were too wide and the adjustable strap was way too long to be of any use. As a result, they would not stay on my feet and I was turning my ankle. This was after only a few minutes of trying them on. I knew this wouldn't get any better so I had to return them.

Very comfy all you want to do is sit in them, but if you plan to do Any walking in them and I don't mean brisk walking outside I'm talking about around the house for longer than 5 minutes.

They were very hard to keep on and heavy. I returned the shoes. Still waiting for my refund. Thank you!!

I bought black a month ago.. loved them except after minimal wear they are worn out in one spot on one shoe only in toe area. They stain your feet top bottom and toes black and run wide. Comfy but so disappointed.

My husband and teen daughter got these for me for Christmas and while they are comfortable and cute, they are a huge hazard! They fit well by using the adjustable strap, but constantly roll to the side, especially the left side for some reason. It doesn't matter what surface you are on. I have fallen four times now and once was head first into a glass curio cabinet! I am a huge Ugg fan as well as my daughter, but due to the expense of these slippers and the unwillingness to give a refund due to their hazardous slipper, we will not purchase Uggs any longer. Their response or lack of is unacceptable/irresponsible.

You sent me the wrong color!!

I got these for Christmas tried them on immediately and rolled my ankle. They shift to the side making it unsafe to walk in these.

After calling to check the status of my order, I was informed that there had been a shipping error which resulted in my item not being shipped. Needless to say, I was very disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for a family member

I've tried to contact you personally, one-2 weeks post purchase. These slippers are a hazard. I have fallen down a set of stairs 3 times. Within 2 weeks, they stretched out so much, my feet were rolling in them. Because of the cost, I have a hard time throwing them out and therefore am wearing very thick socks to snug them up. Today I fell again and hurt my left arm, my right hand, and my left foot. There's slippers are not safe for indoor use and I would like a refund.
