kind of ugly, and the sole is so stiff, it doesn't bend when you walk. Had to send them back

HARD and uncomfortable sole and footbed; arch support was actually painful. Platform is too high. Cute pattern and soft “Fluff” but useless as actual foot wear.

These are very pretty but I am not happy that the sticker states they are "Faux Fur Upper - 50% Polyester, 26% Acrylic & 24% Modacrylic" "Upper Lining - 80% Wool & 20% Lyocell". That isn't what I pay for in an UGG product at all. Aside from that, if you can get over it, they are not comfortable at all. There is no "AHHHHH" feeling when you slide your foot in them like all of the other Ugg slippers I own. The fabric feels like a rough fake fabric. I can't imagine my feet sweating in them as I am sure the fake fur will not cooperate. They are true to size. I am a 9.5 in regular shoes and a 10 in Ugg slippers. I bought a size 9 & a 10 and the 10 fit perfectly. I found the base very uncomfortable with zero give. They are super cute tho. I can't imagine hanging out in them for any ling period of time. My Coquettes & Scuffettes are amazing and I live in them. I do not recommend these other than the looks.

It was going to fall off my foot if I didn’t keep my toes curled. The padding was great though.

OK, these were disappointing. I really wanted to love them but they are like strapping thick planks of wood to your feet. No cushioning in the footbed AT ALL (other than a slight indent and rather short layer of fur) and the thick sole is a hard plastic rather than something that might offer a little 'give'. These don't bend at all and your foot does not sink into them at all, the way one might expect of a slipper. There is a strap (like seatbelt material) across the instep that can be tightened or loosened as necessary - no elastic though. Overall a very stiff, clodhopper-y slipper. Sending them back - disappointed.

The platform was huge and made it awkward to walk in. The width was fine but the strap had to be adjusted to as tight as possible which then left a large extra flap. I have a medium size width so this design makes no sense. I am returning.

I'm a size 6.5 but I was told they run large so I ordered size 5. Length was fine but WAY too wide. I thought I could tighten them with the strap but it did not tighten enough. I don't know what ugg did with the material but my feet slide right out of all their slippers this year. I own a lot of uggs from the past years, I don't understand what's up with this years' styles. What's going on ugg? I was going to make these work by taking them to a shoe repair and have the strap cut and sewn back on so my feet would not slip right out of them. However, the thing that really surprised me was that they were not comfortable. The platform was felt hard even through the shearling. So sad because I really wanted and needed that soft platform slipper.
