This merino baselayer not only looks great but is exceptionally comfortable. The baselayer top is moisture-wicking and kept me dry all day.

The midweight crew is always an easy layer to throw on when heading to the hill or for a skin on a colder day. The Lifa Merino has been my favorite baselayer for many years now. Helly Hansen for sure has some of the most dialed wool/synthetic blend baselayer on the market! The difference is in the details. These baselayers are designed to take advantage of the benefits of wool while also using Helly Hansen's top of the line Lifa synthetic fibers. That makes them noticeable more comfortable than similar merino baselayers, not itchy at all and super breathable as a baselayer should be. They're definitely worth checking out!

I wear this for everything in the mountains. Whether just for an afternoon hike or layering under my Ullr jacket to stay warm, it keeps me at just the right temperature and dry all day.

Great base layer for staying dry and warm out on the hill

I have been using the Lifa Merino base layers for the past two years. This shirt is perfect for skiing on cold days. I love how the shirt keeps you warm and wicks away my sweat. I also use this shirt as a base layer when I am riding my motorcycle on cold days. I have found its a perfect weight and is comfortable under any t shirt or sweat shirt. Would highly recommend!

The weight of the fabric is a bit lighter than I expected. I guess I was really looking for a midlayer. However, it's wool and very comfortable against the skin. I'm thinking about buying 1or 2 more. I rate this at a 4-1/2

These have become my go-to shirts for cold fall days as an outer layer. Sporty and comfortable. Very high quality and holds up well. I'm 5'11" 175lbs and the medium fits perfectly.
