This coat is very warm and very tall! I had to size up for the comfort of the holes of the arms.. Otherwise than that very beautiful jacket. Compliments all the time

Love this jacket, very warm. Only issue is the collar in the front. Very stiff and annoying, I have to fold it inward under my chin.

The coat is great besides how long it took to finally arrive.

I couldn't decide between the new outerboroughs parka & this women's arctic parka, so I ordered them both. I had planned to send one of them back, but ended up keeping both because I actually liked both coats. If you are only going to purchase one coat though, the arctic parka is my favorite of the two, and it was about $150 less expensive. I have worn this coat in single digit temperatures with high winds and I stayed very warm. The outer boroughs parka is VERY slightly warmer in the upper body than the arctic parka, but the arctic parka fits closer to the body at the bottom part, so seems to keep drafts from the bottom out a little bit more. The arctic parka has velcro for the flap closure once you get it zipped up, whereas the outer boroughs parka has snaps. For me, I like the velcro a little better because its just faster. You do have to be a little careful if you have a sweater on that the velcro doesn't stick to the sweater when you are first putting the coat on, but it's not difficult to manage. As many other people have mentioned, the sleeves on this coat are extremely long. I think perhaps it is because of the thumb holes in the cuff and the sleeve coming down over that. I would say the sleeves hit almost to the first joint on my fingers, so almost my entire hand. Also, as other people have mentioned in their reviews, the fit through the shoulder is a bit odd. I am not sure if it is the shoulder straps they put on the inside for carrying it like a back pack if you remove it during a walk, or what. This weird fit is the reason for 4 stars, instead of 5. It seems the top part of this coat is more fitted, while the bottom part of the coat is more of a relaxed fit. Overall, this is a very warm and attractive coat though.

My 1st North Face gear n wonder y I waited so long..very light however it's so very warm! I wanted the green one as well but I guess they sold out for Christmas..

Super warm and good length. Absolutely hate that front and backs there is HUGE North Face logo. I do not like being an ad for a company and I am not interested in brand status. The zipper seems a little cheap for the price of the coat. I was expecting a better zipper. Otherwise, we shall see…..

It's a good winter coat for cold temperatures. Not the most comfortable of coats though.

I like that the parka is extremely warm, especially in the arms because that's where other parkas have missed the mark. The shoulders are a bit tight. Got size medium- a large was too baggy all over and the small too tight.

The material and style are great, unfortunately it does run big. I made the mistake of ordering larger size (on sale and my regular size was not available), and ended returning it since I was swimming in it.

My husband has the Men's version of this coat and he finds it very warm. But this is very large, so the small I purchased had to be returned. It rubbed against my chin when fully closed up. And this one doesn't have a flattering fit, so just be aware of that. It's very bulky and also bulky looking.

It doesn't look super flattering but definitely feels warm. But I didn't get a chance to wear it in a really cold weather yet.

Very warm for cold weather. Pomegranate one is pretty although the hood is too big. I took it off to wear.

I really love this jacket, very warm but, I gave 4 stars cold air comes in between the buttons space that connects the fur and the hood and my ear are cold, (Zipper instead of buttons)

I'm pleased with my purchase. This coat is incredibly warm and the fabric appears to be a great quality. Its roomy if you plan to wear bulkier sweaters underneath which is nice. I'm 5'9" 150 and find the M to be roomy. For taller ladies, the sleeves are plenty long. Not the most figure flattering, but it's very toasty, the gray is a versatile color, and I'm glad I bought it!

I live in New York. I use it for every day pretty great with protecting me from wind. Very comfortable jacket the only thing I don't love is the size I wish it was a little more cinched in the end the arms weren't so long

Almost worth having COVID coughed in your face to get the healthcare worker discount required for me to buy a $500 coat

I bought this for a cold pandemic winter here in Boston. It's a great coat, looks chic but not as warm as I had hoped, still need a couple layers under it. Also the pockets are funky, not deep enough for phone plus wallet. Overall, a really good purchase but could have been warmer.

I really love this jacket the army green color is amazing I just wish the fit in the shoulder area wasn't so snug

Overall warm for someone who has no tolerance for the winter. It is a bit of a bulky and noisy coat when you walk.

I would've given this 5 stars but the zippers are plastic and I find myself already having issues with them!

I really love it but you cannot zip it all the way up because the material around your chin is so hard it rubs your chin. It should have softer material inside the jacket around the face. I would recommend but definitely give warnings.

Coat is very warm but slightly bulky. The front logo was huge and kind of an eyesore. Super soft and great for winter. Overall quality was great, would buy again.

I like this jacket but I wish it came in a petite! Otherwise great coat
