Great fit a little more maroon than I expected

I bought this for my husband for Christmas. He has never worn a vest before. He loves it and looks very sharp dressed and handsome wearing it

Very nice and cozy on him. Had to size down with the loose fit items and a tall was better as well for some more lower back/butt coverage when hes riding the wheeler or the like. Its not too long and he doesnt usually get tall stuff, but this worked well.

Only reason not five star is it runs really big.

Its a nice snug fit with a heavy pull over under. Im usually a medium but that was too roomy so the small is perfect

Too big, runs large

I am very pleased with this vest. In fact... I consider it to be one of the best vests tht I have ever owned. Very well made and comfortable with necessary pockets in the right places.

My husband is 55 and thin. Your measurements said medium which swam in him. The small is fine in the chest but again big in the hips. He says it is wicked warm but too loose, even for loose. We didnt order the relaxed because it looks short. I gave it a 4 because well made.

Overall I like the vest, unfortunately the only reason I purchased this particular item was for the zippered chest pocket. The pocket is much smaller than the ones on my other Carhartt products with the same pocket (a vest and a jacket). My phone (a iPhone 14 ProMax) barely fits in the pocket on this vest, it fits fine in the other products I mentioned.
