Ended up having to go an entire size-up for this boot after multiple returns and re-orders. Otherwise very warm, stylish, and sturdy. I'm looking forward to wearing these this winter. It's good for narrow feet like mine

I love these boots. Warm and comfy, they look great. I get compliments every time I wear them!

When ordered, I'd hoped that the Tivoli would have a broader toe-box, but unfortunately it did not. Everything else was of the expected quality and feel from Sorel. I'm a northern gal who expects loads of toe room for heavier socks and wiggling room. The Tivoli Four Parc boot would be perfect with the boxy toe area of the traditional Pac boots from Sorel - function trumps fashion in my book. Thank you for your consideration.

The reviews were all over the place so I am here as a medium width to review that they are warm and Purrrfect! Super duper happy as i followed the advice of reviewers to order 1/2 size up. Usually wear a 6.5 in sandals and shoes, ordered this is 7 and I can still wear socks too. I cant imagine going up a whole size up. Half size up was perfect and my foot is medium width, not narrow !

They aren't kidding when they tell you to size up. I love these but they run small so had to return. Don't like the restocking fee either.

I was excited to get new snow boots for my upcoming winter trips. I am very disappointed with these boots. They have not kept my feet warm at all. I used to have the UGG Adirondack boots and never had an issue with cold feet. I always wear wool socks thin and thick and was always warm. With these Sorel boots it doesn't matter what wool socks I wear my feet get cold as soon I get outside. FYI: they also run small. I usually wear a size 6 boot and went up to 6.5. I'm very sad they aren't working out, they're cute, but looks aren't everything.

I liked the boots, but I had to return them because they were way too narrow for my toes. No answer when I asked if I could exchange them.

Boots are very warm however they are extremely slippery on a wet surface. I am disappointed that the outer rubber sole is slippery

These boots are a must if you have Raynauds or get cold feet. I have Raynauds and these boots keep my feet warm without the extra bulk. I wore heat locker socks with these and my feet were sweating in -9 degree weather. Thats right , -9 feels like -40 degree. My usual go to boot were the Sorel Helen of Artic or Joan or arc, but I wanted something more low profile . I am so happy with these that I decided to an actually share the news cause I know there are others who are left wondering and worried. Especially with the 6 dollar return fee for Sorel (not cool). Anyways, they are just as stylish, comfortable and warm. I am very thankful for these boots! Definitely get a pair. They are not bulky and actually keep the feet warm. I have been wearing them when I travel to Minnesota for work and have not been disappointed at all

Bought these on sale during Black Friday/cyber Monday, but they were too small despite sizing up. I called to see if theyd match the sale price for a new purchase in a bigger size, as they dont do exchanges, and Id have to return/buy a new pair. Was told that its against policy to honor the price I bought the first pair for.

These are cute boots. However, the tongue is so narrow that there is an inch each side where my pants/calves are uncovered. I usually put my pants inside the boots which made the flaw even worse. It is a noticeable flaw on otherwise well designed boots. I will return these.

I had high hopes but it was a bit stiff for the height/style.

I wear a size 8. Sizes are really confusing. I purchased an 8, 8.5 and 9. I purchased the 8 and 8.5 first. My toes in the 8.5 was really close to the tip of the shoe. The 8 was way too small. So i returned them and purchased a 9. What a mistake. They were too big. They make a floppy noise when I walk in them. Now what do I do? Very bummed.

I recommend ordering your correct size. I am a size 7 I ordered a size 6/12 very small. they charge $6 to return and just change the number.

Putting your feet into them is as good as a new pair of Uggs and they stay that comfy. Theyre as functional as the best hiking boots and with a good pair socks theyll keep your feet warm in the Arctic. You can wear them through an airport too. These boots are worth ten times their price; I bought them before I moved to Norway three years ago and Im buying another pair just because I like them so much :> I used my old pair skiing today and theyre still going strong after being ridden hard and put away wet. Putting on these boots after wearing plastic ski boots all day is like giving your feet a hug.

Standing on ice for long periods of time, the bottoms of your feet will get cold.

I bought these boots about a month agooriginally a 7.5. Boots fit great I thought, but after walking in them a little with my thick socks on, my toes started to hit the top of the boot and cause some pain. I bought a size 8 instead to give myself some extra room. Let me tell youI believe these are the warmest and cutest boots I have ever owned. I am self-diagnosing myself with Raynaudsmy hands, feet, and tip of my nose are always freezing cold, no matter if I have gloves or socks on. I walked around the Detroit Zoo Lights in 20 degree weather with high winds, and my feet were toasty warm the ENTIRE time. I cannot believe I found a pair of boots THIS nice. The Sorel name is well known for quality and they continue to prove it. Buy these boots, but maybe size up a half or a whole if youre in between. I usually wear a size 7, but my moms Sorel boots are 7.5 and fit me or so I thought. The 8s were better for walking.

These are really nice but toe box is too skinny and I don't see myself being able to wear them long. :(
