What I was looking for: lightweight boot, waterproof, felt like a tennis shoe (as much as a boot can), warm, good traction, stylish What I got in this boot: lightweight, waterproof (as far as I can tell but I haven’t stepped in water), felt almost as comfortable as a tennis shoe but not quite, very warm as I walked on a 20 degree day but my toes got cold when I wore these and mostly stood on snow for 2+ hours on a 20 degree day (wore same socks so that wasn’t the issue), traction is great and they feel very stable on both snow and small amounts of ice, style is nice although I would have preferred something all black. Notes on size: I sized up a half size due to other reviews and was glad I did. These are narrow. I do not have a wide foot and find these to be narrow - not uncomfortably so but definitely noticeably so. Overall: I think they will work well for walks and winter activities for a MN winter. Wish they had been warmer while standing on snow versus walking on concrete.

Runs about a half size small so size up, especially if you want to wear warm winter socks. The insoles are extra thick at the heel which feels nice but I still had to add arch support underneath for my high arches. I would call them more water resistant than waterproof. I added some waterproofing spray and that has helped, but I wouldn't treat these as rain boots. The style is very cool (I got Elk color) and they even look great under pants where the top half is covered and then they kind of just look like trainers/sneakers. They also look great with slightly baggy jogger pants tucked into the boots. Or just sweats a.k.a. pandemic pants. The laces grip well so it's easy to tighten them without accidentally loosening the lower part. They also can be tied loose and then just used as slip on boots. They are nice and warm too, my feet stayed toasty in these with thin socks in 24 degree weather. Recommend, but they should change the description to water resistant

Look and feel great, however, I haven't worn them yet. Note: I have very narrow feet, particularly my heels and these were snug on my feet. I order a 1/2 larger than my regular size (I wear a 5 1/2 and ordered a 6) and their still snug. Their one of the few shoes I've tried on that actually feel like they fit my feet. I was going to order a size 6 1/2 just to see if they were a little less snug but their out of stock so I decided to keep the 6.

Love these boots! They are super comfortable, and the fact that they are shorter means they feel less clunky. I feel like I am wearing a sneaker. These are my go -to dog walking, run to the market boot!

In my opinion they run small.

If your foot is narrow or you happen to have bunions, maybe Sorel is not the brand for you. I love, love, their boots, but no matter which model I try, it kinda feels constricted. You can go half size up but I feel they are chunky enough and you don't want to look like if you are going for a walk in the moon. For their price.... I feel like they should feel really comfortable, so I have to pass on them.

Ok friends, I read the reviews and went up a whole size. It slips off the heel just a tad but I do agree and think a half size down (a 1/2 size up from normal size) would be too tight in the toe box still. I plan on ordering thicker socks. I’m still debating if I even try the half size down or not but again I think it would be too small.

I returned the boots. They simply did not fit

I usually wear an 8 1/2 these fit like a 7 1/2. I might even need to go up to a size 10.

Initially, I really liked these boots. They are warm and comfortable and a comfortable choice after wearing uncomfortable ski boots. They are similar to slippers which is great for aching feet. However, there is zero support, so it’s not a good choice for long walks. If you have mild to severe plantar fasciitis avoid them.

Way too small and there are no size 12 boots in this style available at Zappos. Have to return these and find a size 12 elsewhere.

After reading reviews, ordered half size up. Fit or comfort of shoe and materials is not an issue. I am disappointed with the lack of traction in shoe. Worn today in frigid, ice and snowy conditions and almost fell several times due to lack of traction. Unfortunately, I will be returning.

The boots are pretty narrow (more narrow than I am comfortable wearing) and one of the arches felt higher than the other. Beautiful boots though, I wish they had fit right.

Would not fit. Felt like a full size smaller

Since my feet are a 1/2 size different, it is difficult to find a shoe that can bridge the gap. Also the heel cup wasn’t that comfortable.
