Love the shoes, they are super cute! The only problem is the hook at the top of the shoe where you tie the lace is bent in, and therefore I can't run the lace through the hook! It's fine I just won't lace them all the way up it's just a little annoying that they are brand new, and already broke

I received as a gift and LOVED the look and comfort at first, but haven't figured out what about them makes them so painful. However after reading other reviews I'm guessing its the narrow toe box. I was shocked because when first putting then on and walked around they seem so comfy but walking for anything over 30 minutes my feet start to ache and something obout the way the place my foot results in serious lower back pain for days. I am honestly so shocked from sorel, I've had my Joan of arctic wedges for 7 years and they are the most comfortable and durable shoes I own and those are wedges! Somehow their boots made for walking about are so much more uncomfortable. They also are SO warm but too warm for wearing indoors. Cute but I have since given them away because the pain they've caused and only had for one season. Maybe would work for other foot shapes/gaits since I have fairly wide and flat feet and some bunions and pronation problems. Otherwise sorely are my go to brand of shoe.

I want to give this a 5 but - I received the shoes brand new and the laces are unraveling. Brand.New and the boot is sold out. The company does not stock shoe laces.

These boots run narrow. I'm a size 10 M and they were a little too tight in width and also in the toe area. A 10.5 probably would have fit, but I didn't bother.

The boots are nice looking but not that warm once they are wet.

I just received my order. I normally wear an 8-8.5, and I ordered an 8.5. This seems to work fine. However, I have average width feet, and there is too much material for me on the sides. Makes it look like I have wide big feet, which I don't. Unfortunately, I will be returning. I also tighten the laces, but doesn't seem to help.

These are beautiful shoes. I ordered them for my daughter they fit very tight all the way around. I had to return them .

This boot has something wrong with the general structure. It fattens your ankles, (I have skinny ankles) and has folds that are bulky on the tongue of the boot. I bought the black, and thought they looked great, but I sent them back after not being able to resolve the way they widened and added bulk to the overall look of my foot.

I recently bought these boots and am in the process of returning them. They are very bulky, not attractive on and run small.

Actually, I returned them, and am anxiously awaiting my refund. TY
