When i was literally just trying these on in my home, hadn't even stood up to walk around in them - one of the grommets completely popped off!! Incredibly disappointing. I'd seen other buyers mention this and chose to ignore, wish I hadn't. SOREL - what is wrong with you??? Get it together!

Received a worn pair of boots. Reached out to customer service and just said wait until they are back in stock to order again but without any idea when that would be. Was hoping for a better experience with my first pair of Sorel's but don't think I'll be back. So disappointed.
