Really nice jacket. People complaining about non-embroidered logos are being petty. The lack of velcro to adjust the sleeves is a little annoying and a weird omission, but this is still a great product. It will work very well as a ski softshell, unlike the Pneumatic, which was very light and flimsy (like a raincoat). This jacket is also very stylish -- I would strongly recommend the asphalt gray.

I like the design, the color and how it feels when I wear the jacket. I don't like that the sleeves are a bit too long. It does not bother me too much.

I am 5' 7" and weigh 160 lbs. I went with a medium. Fit is good, though the sleeves are a touch long. Because there are no closures on the sleeves, I roll them back to keep them from covering my hands. I would have preferred a more athletic fitting jacket as I was between a medium and small. Otherwise, this is a truly excellent midweight jacket. Great at blocking wind and does repel water, though I haven't been caught in a torrential downpour. The jacket is good down to mid-low 30 degree weather, any colder and I prefer my down coat.

I love this jacket, very comfortable, stretches with your movement. North Face is getting cheap, the logos are not stitched as in the past, they are merely stamped in rubber and look cheap! I buy North Face since I like their styles but I expect the old school quality. I wish they would offer more in extended sizes. Since many styles I like only come in 2x I am often forced to buy Columbia! Come on North Face quit cutting corners and stitch your logos! Please offer more choices and sizes in the extended size department even if by special order and you will add to your sales!

I wear in it cool and wet weather.

My husband hates a heavy jacket even when it is cold, so he loves this. It's lightweight but still provides some warmth and blocks the cold wind completely.

This was a good jacket. The color seems a little off from the computer screen but ultimately a nice shade of brown.

Not too heavy, but protects from cold and windy weather. Stylish, minimalist. I really liked this jacket.

This product is great. This is the first time that I bought a North Face product and I like it.

Great for a jog or run! Super comfortable and breathable.

This was a gift for my son-in-law and he really likes it. I ordered it in XXL and it is a good fit for length only a bit too wide for him.

Kneck is too high, could have had about an inch less to be more comfortable. Also, the jacket is a little long. Could have done with 3 inches less on length. Arms are perfect though.

I jave only worn the jacket a couple times. Its very comfortable in 40 to 55 degree weather. I havent worn it in the rain but it is definitely windproof.

It's a very nice and reliable jacket to use on cold days. And it's very stylish to.

This is a great product. The craftsmanship is second to none. The only suggestion I have is, in my opinion, the collar is too tall. I have a NF Windstopper fleece jacket I purchased from you a few years ago and the collar on that is 2.5" tall. On my new Apex Bionic the collar is 3" tall. Doesn't sound like much but it makes this coat less comfortable to wear as the collar rides up too high. Just a suggestion for future incarnations to reduce that collar back to 2.5". Keep making great products and I will be back!!

A wardrobe essential. I own 3 of these and bought this one for my son. Lightweight and windproof can be warn on all but the coldest of day.

Would like cuff tabs to be fabric and wider, not molded.

Nice mid-weight jacket for fall / spring weather that has good wind protection. This is my second Apex Bionic jacket, the first I bought a couple years ago in Medium. I've since lost weight and was looking for a better fit, so I picked the same coat in a Small. Unfortunately, the fit is still quite loose and I had to return the jacket. For reference I'm 5'10 135 lbs, athletic build.

Nice looking medium weight jacket but fit is a little off for me. It's tight in the bicep area and baggy everywhere else.

Nice jacket warm, if you're looking for a more casual thin jacket wouldn't recommend but perfect for cold weather pretty comfortable restricts a little bit of movement but pretty good fit

Love the jacket, did not like the white stripe down the vertical zipper. Was looking for a modest heavy winter coat, bought the Cosmo Blue color because it was all one color. Received the coat to discover there was a white stripe on the chest zipper, which took the casual look and simplicity out of the jacket. Other than that the jacket was outstanding. Returned it due to white stripe, hopefully there will be some solid/solid colors in the future.

I like the coat - it is warm and dry without being bulky. Also, it is breathable enough that I can leave it on in the car, etc without getting too warm. A couple down sides - the Velcro around the wrist does not stay in place very well, and the pockets are not enclosed on the inside. You can put an item inside the pocket and if you are not careful it can slide through the lining around the back of the jacket to the opposite pocket.

Had to order jacket twice. First jacket, the sleeves were cut to small in width. When compared to second jacket, there was a width difference of over 2 inches.

Awesome for the price, perfect for husband or son.
