This jacket is very lightweight and very warm. The jacket is also durable and well made. I would recommend this as an all year around jacket.

I gave this jacket as a present and have heard nothing but praise for it. It does a great job blocking the wind and is ideal as an early to mid-autumn jacket up in Alaska.

I had my first one stollen from my car and it was the best all around every day cold weather jacket I have ever owned. I'm on lots of roofs in the winter doing inspections and this is best jacket I have ever owened.

This jacket is awesome. The new relaxed fit is very comfortable.

Great fit, if a little snug based on website size recommendations, but that was what I expected. The fit is perfect for wearing this jacket with just a tshirt or for layering over the jacket. Already worn in pretty heavy rain and the outer shell was great.

This was a gift to my husband and he could not be more pleased! The jacket is very comfortable. He loves it! Great that this was his first North Face.

I brought my first apex bionic in 2008 & i admit this is a get jacket. I can wear this jacket in three out of the four seasons. In the winter i just wear a hoodie underneath & i am warm. The 2014 version of this jacket is the same thing as the older version but the only difference betwwen the two are to me is it fit slimmer a little tighter but i like that so in cold conditions it keeps you warmer & other is the chest pocket is really smaller than the older version. It can only fit your keys, ipod mp3 player or a small phone just one item at a time. But at least in the newer jacket it does have a headphone hole inside the chest pocket so u can protect the wire of your headphones wire. Overall another great jacket by tnf. Like my title says, I love TNF! I came to this country almost 12 years ago and bought my 1st TNF jacket on the 2nd year (I have 4 jackets with different style/functions total) and it's last until now..yep, I'm still wear it and it's still working great.. I bought this jacket for my very 1st jacket that I bought 10 years ago kinda running small for me :) and bought another one for my hubby (his 1st TNF jacket) for his xmast gift, I bet he'll like it like I do :)

Awesome jacket, very comfortable and warm. I purchased the TNF Black Heather/TNF Black and the TNF Black Heather portion of the jacket is much lighter than pictured (but it looks better lighter anyways, so no complaints here). I also purchased one for my girlfriend (High Rise Gray Heather) and she loves it. Highly recommend it!

AWESOME JACKET! Purchased two one for my father for Father's Day & he loved it. & the other for my brother as a birthday gift , loved it as well. Felt like I won a million bucks as I saw their smiles. Highly recommend it. ! Light comfy & looks sharp on men.

I first purchased this coat about 8 years ago. Since then it has been my go-to coat. Whether it was motorcycling, snow skiing, or just going to work, this is the coat I wanted to wear. It is thin and warm enough to wear as a layer (snow skiing), or warm enough to wear on its own (most of the time in my climate). I have recommended this coat to quite a few people and everyone who bought one has loved it. The velcro on the cuffs did wear out but the great North Face warranty took care of me and sent me a whole new coat. I do enjoy the wind proof and water "proof" aspect of this coat as I wear it on the Harley quite often. My wife has one as well and wears it as her rain gear on the bike. We have enjoyed these coats since the day we bought them and would definately get another in a heart beat.
