It reached a crispy -25 where I live some days and this has been keeping me toasty during these times. Other days where not as cold, even better for comfort. A quality investment.

For all outdoor sports this is a great coat. Very warm.

I love this jacket! I live in Vienna so it gest quite cold during winter and before this jacket, I had to wear a sweater with a jacket over it but not anymore. The jacket is really well insulated and great for daily use along with skiing or snowboarding.

Allow me to start this review by being candid, I am an employee of TNF. So make of that what you will. However, I felt compelled enough to come here to say one thing and one thing only. This.jacket.is.warm. Like...too warm almost. I own a 850 pro down Western Mountaineering bag that is not as warm as this jacket. I have tested this jacket in -10 (-30 with windchill) and I found myself comfortable...with nothing more than a heavy flannel under it. Okay, I know I said I was only here to say one thing, but I feel it is worth mentioning for those who may be buying it because of the faux fur hood aesthetic. The fur snaps onto the hood. Meaning it can come off if pulled/used to hang the jacket. This is avoidable, as one would have to deliberately hang it in this manner. Personally, I find the implementation of this feature to be cumbersome, notably when trying to put the hood over your melon. Overall, this "feature" should have been fastened via a zipper. Because I knew this going into the purchase, and planned to remove it from the start it is a non-issue. But one worth noting. Last thing I'll mention, this jacket is heavy. Like 5lbs heavy, and would not recommend for much more than casual use. So for those of you snowshoers, xc skiers, snowbikers you will burn up in this thing.

Warm and well-fit

Use this product of everyday activities. Love it when the jacket is smooth enough to not encumber me when skating since i'm a beginner. Top grade!

Just moved from miami to Maryland two months ago with family. No winter gear or attire. This is the First winter coat I have bought in ten years. Fits great. Super comfy. Love north face logo on jacket. Can wear it for dinner and for skiing or outdoorsy activities.

Amazing coat perfect for the winter

I work at UPS Air and this jacket/parka dominates the cold weather. This thing keeps me warm and even has me sweating while unloading aircraft and pushing cargo cans.

Wonderful jacket. Well insulated and well crafted. It delivers all that is described. I'm 6'6" and 280 lbs. Perfect coverage in size XL. Usually wear this < 30 degrees F.
