I went to several high end athletic shoe stores to get properly fitted for pickleball shoes, and every single place recommended these shoes. However, no one had any fun colors, so I decided to get them on Zappos. I wasn’t thrilled with the black and pink, but it was the only option that wasn’t boring for this style. While they are decent shoes, they wear out quickly (no tread left in less than 4 months). I also do not recommend them for Pickleball as they are not suitable as court shoes.

This is a comfortable shoe and true to size. I wasn't sure about the all black color but am so glad I ordered as we go into fall/winter--they are perfect!!

This Asic fit my foot well but did not have enough cushion in the forefoot for my aged feet. I liked the style and the fit and that it is a stability shoe, just not soft enough for my feet.

Definitely a 1/2 size too big. The shape of the shoe is a bit strange - very boxy toe and I feel tge shoe pronates a bit. Very odd. The color combination is good.

I’ve been running in Kayanos for almost 15 years. My feet love them! This pair...not so much. The toe box on these runs very narrow. I have pretty narrow feet, but am still developing a very serious and painful callus on my right big toe. It’s the worst. The 26’s were great. I wish you could be guaranteed that every new model would take care of your feet as well as it’s predecessor! Here’s to hoping the next version is a better fit!

I purchased two colors of the ASICS GEL - Kayano 27 shoes. The first pair I purchased was grey and they fit great and felt great... true to size and width. I was so happy because it is very difficult to find shoes in my size (women's size 13) However, when I received the black and pure silver pair in the same shoe, it was narrower. I was disappointed that the fit was not uniform in both colors. I may try again.

Great arch support and great rear foot stability. These 2 reasons are why I continue to wear ASICS. The materials used for the exterior fabric is somewhat flimsy but I will have to wait and see on that fabric durability.

well made shoe, but uncomfortable to my feet.

Great support and comfort. Would of liked for the top, back of the shoe to be a bit higher to support/protect the achilles tendons. Overall, pleased with the shoe.

The shoe developed a crease on the top that rubs my big toe raw. I always buy Asics and always wear a size 10.5 medium width and never ever had this issue before. HATE IT!!

These shoes run very narrow. I bought a half size larger in medium width but could barely get my foot in the shoe. They were especially tight in the arch area. Had to return them. If you have narrow feet you will probably love these shoes. Great support and footbed is nicely cushioned.

This shoe runs very narrow in the toe bed. I have narrower feet and these were much too snug.

I have worn and loved ASICS for many years; however, in the last 5-6 manufacturing quality and inconsistent sizing have become a problem, depending on where they’re manufactured. I find the arch support is much less than it used to be - I have high arches and have adored the former support - and the shoes are now running narrower and smaller than they used to. I recently went into an ASICS store and tried on 7 pairs all the same size - none fit the same. This is a problem. I left without buying anything. (They wouldn’t measure my feet because “it means nothing”???) I still buy the brand because the arch support is still a bit better than any others I’ve tried, but for how much longer? Why is this even a problem when manufacturing expensive athletic shoes?

So disappointed! The toe box is "tight"! For some reason, Asics has been running narrow for the last few seasons. They looked great but just too tight overall. I returned them.

The shoe was consistent in size and comfort but instead of the sides having the plastic decor sewn in Asics used stickers for the design. In Chicago the shoes would not survive with sticker design.
