These Asics gel kayanos are great. I've worn GKs for several years. They provide the support I need as I over-pronate. I was disappointed that there wasn't a better range of colours available but I got the French navy/champagne and they are much nicer than I expected.

I'm a bigger girl who walks for exercise around 4.5 miles per day. I've always worn a different brand of running shoe, but, alas, they made changes and weren't comfortable anymore, wore out quickly, and just weren't worth the money. ENTER ASICS! I haven't worn ASICS since high school volleyball decades ago. After looking at online reviews I decided to give them a try. They are great! I'm able to do my 4.5 miles of road walking and I've been wearing them to the grocery store, to work, out to eat...you name it. I just ordered a second pair and will be probably ordering a third. They are hard to keep clean (I love white tennies!) and I'm going to risk it and put them in my front loading washer when my second pair arrives. I'll post an update on the results.
Seriously, these shoes really keep me comfortable and I have a lot of weight coming down on them. No blisters right out of the box. They did not have to be broken in. I put nearly 15,000 steps on them a day and they are hanging with me!

These fit true to size. U wear 6.5 and these fit perfectly, no sliding around like some others from the brand. These also feel great on my walks. I feel stable and impact seems a bit reduced and I have less pain in my ankles and knees while wearing these. Kayano is going to be my go to model going forward.

Consistently excellent running and training shoe, especially for anyone with pronation issues. This is my third generation Gel Kayano shoe over 10 years and I would be reluctant to change other than for another similar type of ASICS shoe. And it stills looks super stylish as well as being functionally perfect.

I've had ASICS trainers for years and this is another pair I'm very happy with. Trainers seem spot on size wise and suitable if you require wide fit. This is the first time I'm buying directly through the website and am very happy with the experience.
