Decent running and walking shoe with medium cushioning. Bottom has very deep traction areas. I find them a little bit narrow but overall true to size. My biggest complaint is the laces do NOT stay tied. I have to double knot them, even for just a walk around the block.

I love the cascadia and have been running in it since maybe 2008 or 09.

Felt a little narrow even with getting a wide size. But they were very comfortable. Just a little too tight for me

I am trying Brooks as recommended by my stepdaughter. I have issues with my edema in my left leg and side due to cancer as well as my right foot rolling inward. These shoes seem to help, but have not corrected all my problems. If you have another recommendation, I am listening!

Love my Brooks! Best shoes I ever owned. The Adrenaline were my first pair. The traction on the Cascadia trail runners is great and it's a great shoe, but I wish they had the over pronation support.

For the most part they're comfortable, however, the soles make a sound as if you've walked on something sticky! It happens quite a bit. Other than that annoyance, the shoe is good

This is my first pair of Brooks. I usually like to feel a bit more grounded with my running shoes. These have more bounce than I am used to but I'm started to like it better. My only issue is with my right pinky toe. For some reason it's starting to hurt a bit. I'm hoping it will adjust to the new shoes after awhile.

Took these shoes out on the trail and put some good hard miles on them. They were so much better than my Saucony's. A good fit with my hiking socks, and the Cascadia provided stability. I did notice that the Cascadia's do not have as much cushion as the Ghost and Glycerin's have. I need the cushion to help offset my heal pain issues. For this reason, I have rated them with four stars, but do not let this rating deter you from this very good shoe. I highly recommend the Cascadia.

I wish it had a higher and firmer arch support! They are comfortable under foot otherwise.

Thank you for fixing what was ALL WRONG about the 14 (seriously, don't even consider the 14 despite its sale point - they messed this shoe up big time!). The Cascadia 15 returns to what made prior models great - out-of-the-box fit and comfort, with appropriate wider width, ability to lock down laces for heel slip, and covered toe area. I wish the rock plate was a bit more substantial; I notice my feet getting much more tired/sore in these than in previous (favorite/former) models. There's a familiarity with the fit that has served me well for distance trail running though, and I am so much happier with these than the 14!

Love these sneakers! They are very comfortable and look great too! I don't love the price though and that's why I chose only a four star rating!

The shoes is super nice, although I had to return them because I got the wrong size. I usually wear an 8.5 in Brooks and these were too small! I have a narrow foot too so I was surprised since the reviews say they fit true to size. Nothing against the shoe itself, just caught off guard by the sizing issue.

What a great version of these shoes. I haven't worn Cascadias in quite a few years, but these feel fantastic. The fit is good, the stability is fantastic, and the traction is great.
I wore these for a 6 hour run the first time I wore them and a 12 hour run the second time (which is not a typical run time for me by any means). My feet felt great both times.
The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that I don't particularly like the laces. They aren't easy to cinch up.

I am looking for a light trail shoe- one that takes me from paved pathways to light/moderate short hikes. A shoe for when I'm not wearing my full-on hiking boots. This shoe was almost there for me. The cushioning was great - not to bouncy, not too stiff. I really liked the shoe. The only problem was it felt like there was no cushion under the tips of my toes - it just stopped right before the tip of the shoe. I would have felt stones and rocks right through that area. The appearance in this color - meh. The darker color is better if this is the shoe for you!

Seems to run narrow. I ordered a wide and could tell before even tying the laces that it was not wide enough. My feet are just a little wide but these shoes were squeezing both sides. I’d recommend sizing up.

Felt the shoe was a little small in depth/height on toe box compared to my Brooks running shoes of the same size. Size 9 would be too big. Unfortunately I will return them.

I was surprised by these, but not in a good way. They feel stiff and inflexible in a way that not even a hiking boot should be - and these are running shoes! The cushioning feels absolutely minimal. It might work for a very small segment of runners but unfortunately not for me. I think my Brooks Adrenaline will have to keep up with my off-road running because the Cascadia is not an alternative. Back to Zappos they go!

If you like a boxy feeling or like a lot of stiffness, this shoe would be great. I put in some sport insoles ad they are still stiff.

Larger than 8.5 Glycerin model, arch support is lacking and doesn’t hit at correct spot. I used the highest lace holes to help support my arch and got a bruise on the top. I have chosen to return these shoes. My feet hurt in them on the sides. There isn’t any cushioning like a running shoe. I like Brooks but not this style of shoe.
