Just perfect. Great looking shoe. Comfortable right out of the box. I usually wear a size 8 but my suggested size in this shoe was 8 1/2 and it’s a perfect fit. So consider ordering up 1/2 size over your normal size. I have a medium/narrow width foot and the medium width is just right, not sloppy. It appears to be a well made shoe but I haven’t had them long enough to vouch for it’s durability. Love Zappos, my main source for shoes!

I have 2 of the 14s and they provided a lot of stability but were a bit tight in the toes. The 15s are now perfect, plenty of room in the toes and there’s even more cushioning. I have found when you like a certain brooks number you should buy several pairs because the next version is usually doesn’t work for me but in this case, it does. I also LOVE the color options.

After researching the best trail runners for woman, i ordered the top 4 based on what i was looking for. I thought the Brooks would be the winner, but in comparison to the La Sportica, Saucony and Huka, it felt like little more than a running shoes with a slightly heftier sole. Which, if i was just running on a flat dirt trail would be fine, but i want something that would sub more as a hiking boot alternative.

These shoes are exactly what I’d hoped they’d be. Very comfortable and they have increased my grip on the trails tremendously.

The day this shoes arrived, I took them out and put them on and they felt like bedroom slippers. The next day I put them on to wear around the house to see if they are good. They didn't feel quite as comfortable as the night before and they were pushing into my arches a bit (I'm flat footed). But I kept them on for a few hours until my back began to hurt and that is when I knew that I would have to return them. As soon as I took them off and put my old shoes back on my back stopped hurting. I will be returning these.

I have bought nothing but Brooks cascadia's for 9 years!! I was excited to have a new pair - SENT THEM BACK!! The thickness of the padding on the tongue was much less than those on my 3pair of Cascadia 12's, I felt so much pain from the lacing eyeholes, I could not wear them. Why would they skimp on something so minor? Everything else was great - tongue was skimpy!

I had such high hopes for these because they felt GREAT when I first tried them on. However, after only 2 months of use (2x per week, 3 - 4 miles on designated and flat trail), the cushion has worn completely thin and it feels like I cement bricks strapped to my feet when I trail run in them, not springy at all. I can feel every rock in the front area of the shoe and that area of my foot is actually sore after taking the shoe off from it. My knees and hips hurt after running in these. Lastly, these let in so much dirt/debris, which is a really odd problem I have never had with a trail shoe, but I can see a few other reviews indicating the same issue. If you are doing anything besides walking very short distances, these shoes are a no go for trails, and I have tried many. For the price, I expected these to last longer than a few months with low mileage and easy trails. Thankfully, Zappos has wonderful customer service and remedied the issue.

Love the shoes however, I received the first pair with one damaged and had to exchange. The exchange pair arrived and unfortunately I was sent the wrong size. I have always had good experiences with Zappos but unfortunately, this one left a lot to be desired. The quick shipping used to be a draw to purchase with Zappos however, that really isn't the case anymore. Customer Service was pleasant and easy to work with but wish that I didn't have to exchange twice for no fault of mine. So thumbs up for Customer Service, thumbs down for quality and speed of shipping.

These are great - they feel good right out of the box: I ordered a 7 1/2, medium width, and they fit perfect.

These shoes were perfect for my week of hiking in the Southwest U.S. I logged 140,000 steps and these shoes did not disappoint. (No break in needed, I received them 2 days before my trip.) I have a lot of nerve pain in my feet due to bunions and these shoes with the wide toe box fit perfectly. I run with Brooks Adrenaline and I love those shoes too.

Great comfortable shoe! Purchased to do a lot of walking in El Salvador.

these trail runners are so comfy. It's corny.. but, true. I feel like I'm running on tiny pillows. Great support in the arch too.

The padding is awesome. Running hills in these shoes has been terrific. Toe box has room to move my toes, heel cushion is spot on. J
