I absolutely love this trail shoe. I wanted something that provided a comfortable support and I could hike in the woods and not fall. This shoe has very good grip. I climb some steep dirt trails and these shoes help me keep my traction. They are comfortable also which is a bonus.

I have unstable joints. These have helped to have more confidence in my steps. I am notorious for rolling my ankles. They feel as stable as chacos. The rock plate also is similar stiffness as a Chaco sandal. I literally feel the air moving in the shoe as I step as well. They grip the terrain so well, wet or dry. I?m hooked

Great trail shoe and comfy

I have foot problems and I work out in many different ways. I walk, run, use the elliptical and ride bike for my cardio workouts. I also workout with weights and occasionally go hiking. I know these are trail running shoes but these shoes give me the cushion I need for the way I need it. I have had two surgeries on my right foot and should have surgery on my left. But for now I'm not doing the surgery my left foot and my feet have the room they need in the toe box and the cushion they need in the rest of the shoe so that when I'm done with my workout my feet don't hurt.

I have a 2N foot with a quad A heel. Have been looking for a trail runner shoe for some time with no success. The Cascadia was recommended by one of your specialists who went above and beyond to help me. It's a great shoe. It runs narrow and I'm able to tighten the laces with a runners knot to get a good fit. The toe bed is wide so my long toes have plenty of room. At first the heel slipped a bit but now the shoe fits perfectly. It has a hard sole, something I also wanted and works well both on pavement and trails. The shoe is comfortable and i recommend it. Will definitely buy more.

Great! I loved my cascadia 14 and needed another pair. These took a day to break in but overall same great feel as my other pair. You have to widen the laces a bit for my wide feet but still very comfortable. And great color:)
