Nice and light. When my wife picked up the shipment from our door she thought the box was empty. Not cushioned at all compared to Glycerin or Ghost but I'll definitely use them in the right conditions (roads and even surfaces).

I was a little leary when I order these shoes but the sales price was too good to turn down. Ive have own serial pairs of ghost and recently switched to glycerin. Glycerin seems to be my favorite. But I love how light the hyperion tempos are. I don't use them for running i mainly use them during work outs. So light and comfortable I can barely tell I have shoes on.

I transitioned from the Trace 2 to the Hyperion Tempo. The Hyperions are good, but not as good as the Trace 2. The Hyperions have less support in the sole and the laces are so thin that it feels like they're one big tug away from popping off. Overall, it's still a good running shoe, just not as good as the Trace 2.

I enjoy every run in these shoeslight and springy. However, the inside of the shoes causes the toes of my socks to fray. Also, swapped the laces with another shoe to minimize the movement in the shoe when running hills.

Definitely the lightest running shoe I own out of 6 pairs. For some reason the right shoe cut into my skin at my Achilles causing some bleeding. No other running shoe has done this. I covered up that one little area of the shoe with a bandage and it's fine now. My right ankle overpronates but no issues with this shoe. It feels fast. I believe it's the lowest stack shoe I own so it does feel quite different, but so far so good.

The shoe is very lightweight and comfortable however, the shoe material feels very light and I am skeptical that it will hold up.

I am training for a couple 5k runs and a sprint triathlon. I love that this shoe is lightweight and has a much lower stack height than most new shoes out there. Still plenty of cushioning. Great lightweight low profile shoe for 1 to 10 miles for training and racing. I give 4 rather than 5 stars for the following: The rubber tread seems a bit soft (durability?) and lacks grip in damp conditions, The shape of the heel is a little weird, the laces dont stay tied. Double knot is necessary. All in all a great shoe.

Great shoe! I'm bummed that it's being phased out.

I like the shoe but ended up having to donate them because they were so narrow. I've had multiple pairs of the Ghost and the Launch, always have got a 10.5 and they've fit great (I have fairly wide feet around the toe box). Got the same size on the Hyperion Tempo, and they were too narrow for me.
Pros: Loved how light they were and the color (had the bright green). Were really breathable and comfortable (aside from too narrow). Perfect shoe for a 3-10 mile range, or working out at the gym.
Cons: weird thing to complain about but I really didn't like the laces the shoes came with. They're textured and somewhat elastic.
Overall, I'd probably recommend them to people but highly encourage a try on at a physical store before purchasing because they ran a bit narrow compared to other models from brooks (at least in my experience).

This shoe is a great alternative to the high stack trend in shoes today. This is a fantastic, light weight and flexible shoe. You can feel the road. No frills, no plates, no excessive stack reducing stability, just a solid training shoe that you can freely run fast in. I just picked up my 2nd pair.

Nice lightweight shoes at a good price. Would've liked the sole to be a little more cushioned.

Very light and responsive. Great for speed days and races, but would recommend more support for long runs.

Great fit. Nice and light for speed workouts. Laces are kind of flimsy.

Light shoes, good road feel, and best for up tempo. Could use a bit more arch support.

This is my first try I give to brooks and it seems perfect for tempo runs.
However it is difficult to me to buy a new pair because I don't know which size I have to buy: this shoes are too snug compare to all other brands.

I don't run! Bought it as my everyday sneakers as it was on sale. It feels fast, even while walking. The tongue could be a little longer though. Love it!
