I love these shoes. They are light weight and the mm drop is close to the ground for quick transition on your footstrikes.

I've run in the Pureflows for 10 years and bummed they were discontinued. I was suspicious of these because they look like foam and are in the "speed" category. I'm 5'10" 215. not built for speed and weight can be a beating on shoes. After a couple of runs i'm in love with there. much more stable than I was expecting from such a light shoe. worth the premium cost and very much enjoy running in these bad boys!

I've tried on many other running shoes and brands (some Brooks) but NONE of them have been as comfortable and responsive at the same time. My Reaction while running "Shoe?? What Shoe??" the performance and feel makes you forget you're wearing ANY shoes. In my opinion this is the best feeling a runner can have.

Great shoe I have about 50 miles in them. This is a great shoe to lace up and go for longer miles. I would buy again

Never actually owned running shoes. These are really comfortable and i did not get shin splints with these shoes running on concrete.

I use the Levitate 3 as a daily trainer and incorporate the Hyperion Tempo into my runs once a week for tempo/lactate threshold runs. These feel incredibly light compared to the Levitates and make these harder runs feel easy. They felt great right out of the box - whereas the Levitates took approximately 50 miles before they were broken in.

I would only wear these for fast/performance days. They have a nice pop when you hit the asphalt. I only do HIIT or sprint intervals when it comes to cardio anyway, so most of my shoes will be speed oriented. Fast twitch muscle gang, where y'all at? 5'6 200lbs I'm not exactly a cardio bunny, far from it actually. I hate long runs, anything beyond 5K to me is torture. Though, when I hit pavement there will be tread marks. Price on shoes these days are kinda nuts... but these shoes are tight! (in a good way). Size up 1/2 if you need some wiggle.

Very nice, light shoe. I putting ~25 miles per week on this pair, and I look forward to running in them. The laces are a bit odd, and stretch a bit more than I would like, but the shoe itself is well put together, breathes well, and provides good cushion.

Great for flats, hills, pavement or gravel. Light- responsive and no worries about sole being too light to handle the occasion gravel bite. Feels sure underfoot without getting in the way. It's a shoe that is there for you, without having to remind you the entire run.

From a mile to 13.1! These shoes are true to size, superlight and were extremely comfortable straight from the box. These Brooks have been with me for a short period of time but I have had the opportunity to use them from small to bigger runs, slow and faster paces. Overall, my feet have been comfortable, no hot spots, and will definitely buy again specially if they come up with new different colors!

This is THE shoe that Brooks has needed in it's lineup for a long time. While the Launch tried to fill this category of lightweight performance trainer, it was always a bit "meh" regarding performance. But now that the Hyperion Tempo has arrived runners who want a shoe that truly offers performance characteristics while still offering enough cushioning to handle mile after mile will be all smiles with this one. It's rare that a first year model starts out hitting on all cylinders but the Tempo does just that. With a responsive feel that doesn't ride too firm and cushioning to keep you comfortable on long runs, this shoe does it all. I found the fit to be perfect. I have a medium to high arch with a relatively narrow foot. The upper on this shoe locks in and keeps my foot stable even around tight corners. But it's underneath the foot where this shoe really shines. This new foam does exactly as advertised, giving you confidence on your workouts. If you've been a fan of some competitors' shoes such as the Kinvara or the Boston, you'll want to do yourself a favor and give the Hyperion Tempo a try, you'll be glad you did.
