I have had many, many pairs of Adrenaline's but can you PLEASE come up with better colors?! Gray is so boring an ugly. The fast few years of Adrenaline's have been really frumpy. Thank you.

This shoe is wonderful. Frankly, I do more walking than running, but running shoes seem to offer more support for my very flat feet. I really wish you offered more options for narrow width in this style. They are truly the only shoes that work for me and I have had at least 6 pairs in the last few years (2 a year on average) mostly because I can't find such a good shoe in narrow. It seems that they are out of stock everywhere by the middle of the year, at least in my size. It would be nice to have at least 2 color choices. Thanks for the great shoe.

Really like these sneakers. Each year they get better. For some unknown reason, I like that you made the tongue of the sneaker a little more slender. Walk the dog two times a day, and they are very comfortable .

I'm not a runner, more of a multi-sport athlete and would definitely not wear an engineered running sneaker for strength-and-conditioning exercises, but I was asked to take these for a spin, free of charge. I think I'm in love. Running errands and walking hills on the treadmill; pretty sure my feet sighed in relief from comfortability. Squatting heavy weights; sturdy with a wide foot base and roomier, flatter toe box than I expected. Dynamic stretching and some plyo movements; stability galore with no ankle rolling or misbalancing. Overall I think these are a brilliant Fitness sneaker for any woman who wants to dominate multiple platforms. True to size and oh yeah, their colorways are gorgeous too.

Love these. Feel more secure and with support like GTS 19. I Did not like GTS 20, They didn't offer me much lateral or heel support. These hold my heel in place and have right amount of cushion for both working out or long time wear.

Thank you so much for making a comfortable shoe in a narrow. After two knee surgeries, I no longer run but I wear these to walk. I love the Ghost but decided to try these and they are even better for my high arches. Please don't stop making the narrows. A thicker sock is not the answer to keeping my feet from sliding around inside a shoe.

I have been looking forward to the GTS 21, but if I could get a hold of some 18's, I would be ecstatic! Please bring them back. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed in the 21. Too squishy and uncomfortable around the top of my ankles. I just went through my last stockpiled pair of 18's last month.

I was contacted by Brooks a couple of weeks ago and asked if I would test run a pair of the new Adrenaline GTS 21 free of charge in exchange for an honest review. In regards to my running background, I consider myself a casual runner who runs 3 to 4 miles three times per week with occasional increases in mileage when training for spring/fall 10k/quarter marathon races. Due to COVID-19, my socially distanced test runs took place on my treadmill. Due to flat feet and overpronation, I was fitted for former versions of the Adrenaline GTS at a local running store. Of note, the sizing for this model appears comparable to that of the last model I purchased (Adrenaline GTS 19). To aid in my review, I did side-by-side comparisons of this new shoe with the Adrenaline GTS 19 that I was currently running in. This new version is noticeably lighter and has a more streamlined tongue integrated into the mesh upper decreasing bulk under the laces and creating a more secure fit. When wearing the shoe, I could feel the arch support (issue with the guide rail?) of the left shoe pushing into my foot and it felt as if my left toes had no support (maybe an issue with the extended DNA LOFT?). As my foot and the shoe warmed up, these issues resolved, but after running 2 miles, it felt like my toes were stuck in melting butter. The cushioning, that I initially thought was great, felt squishy/mushy the longer I ran and my feet felt sweatier despite the improved breathability of the shoe. The guiderail support system appeared to be similar or unchanged from what I am used to as I developed no new knee/hip aches or pains. Fortunately, I have several pairs of the Adrenaline GTS 19 stockpiled; however, if I had to purchase a pair of the Adrenaline GTS 21, my test run experience would not deter me. My first impression is in no way a gamechanger for a brand and shoe that I have loved for years. Thanks again, Brooks!

I have bought the Adrenaline GTS exclusively for about the last 10 years. Whyyy do you feel the need to alter the sizing?! :( I have always bought a size 9 Narrow width. I tried this latest pair on and when they felt fine I began using them, only to discover during my first use that not only are they too short but the fabric near my right big toe buckles and pushes in on that toe, which is distracting and irritating. Please keep your sizing consistent. And gray. Why did it have to be gray??? Let's get off the gray train already.

I'm so bummed to be writing this review. After trying the shoes my knees immediately started to hurt. The next day I put on the Adrenaline 20's and felt no knee pain. The extended DNA isn't felt throughout the shoe. I compared the 20's and 21's on each foot and felt more cushion in the 20's. The trimming of the cushion around the ankle is a bummer. I noticed the lack of cushion creates friction and leaves my skin feeling irritated and rough. I noticed the ends of the shoe pucker in during random times of walking. Not a big deal but it does start to create an uncomfortable feeling after a bit of wearing. There is a chance I received a defective pair of shoes. I hope so as I was very much looking forward to the 21's.

Love this update from the smaller size tongue to the cushioned softness, I really like this shoe. I walk my English Springer two time a day, I'm in my 60's, have bad knees feel like I'm sprinting in these. Although, it also helps that this pair, I ordered a 2E instead of a wide shoe.

Brooks sent me a pair of Adrenaline GTS 21 to try out and provide honest feedback for - Thank you, Brooks! I wore the shoes in my workouts for a week and can honestly say that it is now my favorite shoe. I tend to workout a lot and have had a history of plantar fascitis and bunions, so I really need support and cushion in my shoes. I tried the Adrenaline GTS a couple years ago after my previous "go-to" Asics Kayano narrowed its toe box. I have been hooked since. Since I already have older pairs of Adrenaline GTS shoes, I was able to compare some of the changes to the new GTS 21. This model is lighter and feels cushiony soft. There is a lining of mesh cushion that extends up the shoe on both sides. I think they call it 3D Fit Print Air Mesh. This is my favorite improvement - my foot feels nicely cushioned and the shoe feels more breathable. I also noticed that the shoe seems roomier around the ankle - they trimmed the middle flap (the "tongue") in a logical/clever way to be less bulky when you lace up. If you have skinny ankles, you can just lace up to the top to make it a nice, snug fit. The shoe also provides good support through agility moves with its "guide rails" and nicely supports my arches. I have worked out a lot in the past week (mostly kickboxing, HIIT, pilates rather than running), and I am loving the cushioned support and breathability of the GTS 21. Through all of my high impact moves, lunging, and jumping - my feet feel nicely supported. This is now my favorite shoe!

I've been wearing Adrenaline running shoes for years now and this new 21 edition does not disappoint! My favorite part is that the shoe is so soft in the toe box, that it literally already feels broken in straight out of the box! No pain points or rubs! I love the update to an all mesh toe box because it made even my longest run end without my feet feeling hot. The ventilation in the mesh allowed for better air circulation and no more hot spots. I actually started wearing Adrenaline because of over pronation leading to leg pain (and fractures), and the update with the guide rails is game changing. Super stable. I can tell by the wear on the bottom of the shoe that I have no pattern of pronating showing so far. Just from wearing the right shoe! I love these shoes! I received my first pair of Adrenaline 21's free of charge for me to review with my honest opinion. Terrific update. I'm getting all the colors!
