So disappointed in this year?s model. Tie box seems wider than every other year I?ve had this style shoe. Breathability is taking away from the sturdiness of this shoe also. These are going back to Brooks and I?ve switched to the Addiction model to replace them because they offer better support at the toe than these and aren?t as wide. FYI I wear Wide (D) normally and the Adrenaline wide is just too wide this year. Not happy about these changes and won?t go back to wearing them again.

In regular shoes, I wear a 6.5, but in sneakers, a 7.5 - and this is no exception. I have been wearing the Adrenaline GTS18 for two years and have loved them, but these are even more comfortable. I had tried the 20's but found that the back of the shoe rubbed my heel - measuring it against the 18's, it was taller - and returned them. However, these are the perfect height. The shoes feel flexible and stable. I am not a runner, but these are fantastic walking shoes.

A nice neutral shoe that goes with everything. Great comfort. I’m very pleased with them.

This shoe was the answer to my long quest for a great running shoe that would help prevent the issues I have with toe pain and numbness. In addition to the usual Brook's quality, stability, comfort, and light weight, the way the toe bed is formed provided the right kind of support and comfort that allowed me to run more miles without pain or numbing. Great sneaker. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Feel much lighter than the 20's. Loving the design.

I like the stability and cushion. It also feels lighter and sturdier than the previous 19. However, I also feel that my toes rest higher than my heel on the shoe making the run a little different, not sure I like it very much. Adrenaline 19 had the perfect balance from toe to heel making the run perfect. 21 is not bad but 19 felt much better.

I love Brooks Adrenaline! The 21 feels like it has even more cushioning and more stabilized than the 20, both of which I like. Stability in both the 20 and 21 is so good that I don?t feel the need to wear my orthotics in them.

This is my new favorite shoe! The Adrenaline has great cushioning without being so soft that they slow you down. The support is exactly what I need to keep me from over pronating. I only wish there was a little more arch support but my Currex insoles make up the difference.

I love the Brooks Adrenaline GTS21. The toe bed, had room, and did not pinch my toes, wide enough and tall enough. The arch support was exactly how described, a little different and excellent for me. I have severe arthritis in my knees and have been in constant pain for a couple of years. This amazing shoe, took the radiant pain going down my leg 100%. It is an unbelievable and remarkable shoe. I have also had compliments on the shoe, love the rose color! Highly recommend this shoe for anyone looking for a larger toe bed and good arch support.

So far, so good. They are light, responsive and keep my stride in line.

Very comfortable. And so appreciate at least one color comes in narrow width so they actually fit my feet.

I like Brooks for the comfort. But, like others have said, I am tired of gray. I went ahead and ordered another pair but unless there are some new color options I am going to find another brand next time I need a new pair. They are great shoes and I would love to keep wearing them but they are boring and I am 76 so not a kid. Please listen to your customers.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Nike

They have taken out most of the cuff padding around the ankle and made the tongue very narrow. The padding has been replaced with some type of wiry thread. The result is that the shoes dig into my ankles. They’re supposed to be for overpronators so the ankle roll should be addressed, not made worse. Guess I’ll stick up on GTS 20 which have correct ankle cuff padding and a normal shaped tongue. So disappointing.

I have worn the Ariel's for walking but the newer ones did not fit. My usual 7.5 were too small and the 8's were too big. So, I switched to the Adrenaline GTS 21s and I did go up to the 8 very comfortably in these. They are so supportive and I have knee issues and other problems that require extra support. I'm not a runner - but these are perfect for walking! Highly recommended and better than any other brands I've used. And I have tried many.

I Have worn Brooks for years and love them. I switched to Adrenaline GTS (from Ravenna) several years ago with my last pair being GTS19. I purposely waited for the 21 as I heard there were issues with the 20. I never have to break them in and are comfortable from day one. I am not am not a runner but am active with cross training, Zumba and other fitness activities. I have balance issues and these stabilize my foot and keep me straight. With super cushioning and a wide toe box make this a great shoe for cross training. The only issue so far I have with my GTS Adrenaline21 is that there is no toe reinforcement that the GTS19 have. It?s only been several weeks and you can already see a big toe imprint where it is stretching out. I hope the fabric doesn?t wear too thin and tear in that area. I am also having an issue with the left ankle side rail support. It digs in to my foot just below my ankle bone. I have been cushioning with cotton pads hoping it stretches out. I don?t know if this is common or if somehow a defect in this one pair. I have considered returning them for replacement. The right foot side rails do not dig in. If anyone else has had this issue and knows of a fix, I would like to know. I welcome a response from Brooks as well. Because of these issues, I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars

I really like these shoes! I'm an extremely picky person regarding how my shoes feel. I've had issues with my toes going to sleep from too much arch even though I have a high arch. These shoes don't do that to my toes. It's honestly like walking on a cloud. My heel is firmly held in place. No rolling ankles or sliding feet. The toe box is nice and wide instead of pinching. My only complaint is that the toe box feels a little too big. More like I'm wearing a wide shoe. I've got very narrow feet so my laces are pulled very tight and there's still room. Out of the 6 pais of Brooks I've had these are my ultimate favorite.

Comfort of the shoe is overall great, but around the ankle is much more stiff and cuts in some than the last model.

I wear the GTS to do cardio with a problematic knee. I just got the all black pair to wear to work to help my knee. I don’t have any complaints about the shoe for either pair I have. I have a wide foot and the regular width works just fine for me. I have been wearing Brooks for 7 years and don’t see ever switching. They are pricey, but so worth it to keep myself from further injury.

As a nurse who is on her feet for 12 hours, sometimes longer, I need shoes that will support my foot but also have enough cushion to keep it comfy while providing adequate support and cushion to my legs and back.Brooks adrenaline have been the only shoes I have found that does just that! I have a high arch with narrow feet, the adrenalines provide great support for my arch while hugging my feet comfortably! I had a pair of the adrenaline gts 20?s before these and I love the gts 21?s as much if not even more than the 20. Loved them so much that I bought 2 pairs this time instead of just 1! I have tried hoka?s, Adidas, asic?s,, Nike, under armor and this shoe beats all of them by a long shot!

I love these shoes! I haven?t gone running in them yet but any sort of HIIT used to hurt my feet no matter what shoes I had on. I?ve tried everything from Nike to Dr. Scholls and everything in between. My feet would cramp up almost instantly to the point I?d have to take my shoes off and stretch out my feet and stop working out altogether. The Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes have been a life saver for me. Highly recommend, especially if you have foot problems or shin splints!
