This shoe is marketed for overpronators and those who need extra arch support. I have high arches so I wanted to give them a try. There is virtually no arch support...the insole is slightly raised so you feel extra pressure along the medial side of your foot but there is no discernible support for the bottom of the arch. The sole material is slippery, so I could feel my feet slipping around inside the shoe and increasing foot fatigue. Finally, the shoe feels very narrow, perhaps because of the ill-designed "arch support." After wearing these shoes daily for a mere three weeks, I've developed pain on the lateral side of my right foot from the shoe pressing against it so hard...My true size is 6 wide and I bought these shoes in 6.5 wide (6 wide was too short). I will probably go back to Ghost 13, which worked for me.

I have been wearing Adrenalines since 2003. Some versions are better than others and I really liked the GTS 20. I typically wear a 6.5 in regular shoes and a 7 in Brooks running shoes. These felt so big and sloppy. Maybe they would have been better in a 6.5 but I already wore them otherwise I would have exchanged.

The toe box was so shallow it pressed down on my big toenails! I got Narrow and while the width was okay, that really shallow design was no good. Decided to go with Asics GT-2000 in Narrow instead.

Did not fit me as my old ones did.

Very disappointed with the shoe and, for the first time in many years as a Zappos customer, the experience with Zappos. First, the shoe: At least a full size too big (too long and too wide), the cushioning was nonexistent (like walking on rocks). Second: the service: The shoes sent to me were used. I understand returning shoes, but to then resell them to a customer in the condition received is unacceptable. There were 2 sticky notes on top of the Brooks box stating “Zappos sellable” and “zap sell.” Whatever does that mean? 0 stars for quality control. I have received a refund from Zappos but still, a disappointing experience.

much narrower than previous Brooks I owned. It has good arch support. I ordered 8 and 8.5 wide, and it was too narrow. Xwide is not available yet.

This is my 8th or 9th pair of Adrenaline GTS. I wear for work as part of long days in events and catering, when I first found the difference in my feet, legs, hips and back was profound, a game changer. This pair (GTS 21) immediately felt different, they don’t seem to have the cushioning of prior pairs. Have now worn twice and the shoes feel hard and flat, my feet are aching and burning halfway through the day, feel pulling in the arch. I will be buying insoles and ordering a new pair in a different style. Love my Brooks, I recommend all the time, and I’m really disappointed.

First of all Brooks is not offering any exciting colors in extra wide, so I have to settle. This pair of adrenalines make my feet ache. I am going to give them one more day. Walked this morning with aching fet and when I took of my sneakers my feet were in pain. Don't really know why, as ther were no apparent pressure points, just overall discomfort.

The medium was too narrow and the tongue of the shoe had stitching on the side that bothered me.

I so wanted to go back to Brooks shoes. Unfortunately they still have not made changes that I need to be able to do so. The shoe runs narrow. I have scar tissue under my small toes and if the shoe is too narrow, I will have shooting pain from where the 'end' of the shoe hits it.
