Brooks? shoes are great. But when I ordered my normal size 9 size it felt floppy and wide. Had to tie laces tight to get secure fit. So something changed.

Very good, but I'd like to feel more arch support.

Like the shoe, but my foot tended to roll in these, even when walking.

I bought these shoes to replace my older Brooks Adrenaline shoes. Even though the new pair fit well and look great, I'm a little disappointed in the arch support. It seems that it is not as supportive as my previous pair.

They are too small. I need a half size larger - 9 1/2

These shoes are pretty good. I love the color options. I've been in the market for good arch support and maximum heel cushioning to deal with some pesky plantar fasciitis, and these have been ok. Reasonably comfortable, plenty of cushioning. They aren't as good as my old New Balance 860s that I am desperate to match, but they will do for now.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance, Saucony, Asics

This is the first pair of Brooks I've been able to wear. The sizing up has always been a problem. I take a size 12 there is no 121/2 and 13 way too big. I'm trying them out not sure if I'll keep them. That said they are lightweight, well made and the color (lilac) is very pretty for spring/summer. I have problems finding shoes that fit correctly. So I'm happy to find these to give them a try. Thanks to Zappos you can always send them back.

I wear a size 8 narrow. Based on past experience with the Brook's Launch shoe, I bought a size 9 narrow. It didn't seem narrow and felt too long. Maybe 8 1/2 narrow would have been a better fit. My daughter also wears a size 8 medium and is comfortable in the shoe, so I passed it on to her. The shoe has a lot of cushioning and looks good.

I have been wearing Brooks, Adrenalines for about 6 years and absolutely love them. The most recent pair I have purchased is very squeaky though.

This shoe is very well cushioned, the rails do their job to keep my feet in line, and it has a taller heel. The one negative is that the taller heel needs a tab to hold onto when you put the shoe on, as the heel part gets pressed down and is hard to pry up again.

I've been wearing Brooks Adrenaline for years. I run a lot. I get a size 8 every time. I like the arch support. This is the first time for the GTS 21 model. I have the GTS 20. They feel wider.

I wanted to love the Adrenaline 21 as I'm looking for a replacement for the Revel 2, which for my narrow boney feet, are the best fit. I read some reviews to see if any others talked about the ankles being too high & digging in painfully. Sure enough, I found a review that mentioned this (read after purchase). I purchased the new version of Revel (4). I've always sized up to a size 9. The Revel 4 was too big. I've also tried the Ghost & it too is a bit high in the ankle. Now I'm back to square 1. Maybe I'll try smaller sized Revel 4. I sure did like the color options of the Adrenaline.

I purchased a pair after walking around a bit in the store. I thought they felt great on. Took them on their first and only run (2.5 miles) and WOW, I was so slow. These are SLOW shoes - at least 30 seconds/mile if not 1 minute/mile slower than my regular shoes. They absorb your momentum. They are soft. In fact, I realized they are too soft for my feet. Me feet muscles started to feel like they were stretching out. I don't know how to describe the sensation. I was afraid it might lead to plantar fasciitis. I had one other model of shoes years ago I thought was great because they were so soft and I ended up with plantar fasciitis in just over a week. It really felt like I was running on soft bricks (think bricks made out of 4" thick memory foam) during my short run. There was no forward rolling motion of the foot and I couldn't land near mid-foot at all. It was just flat-footed landing or heel landing. I gave them 4 stars because I can't fault anything about the way they are made. They offered more stability than I needed (side to side), but I didn't mind that at all. They are just very slow shoes. I have never owned a running pair that felt so slow. I think they could be improved with just a slight curve to the sole so that they roll forward. Sizing: I purchased a 9.5. I jump between a 9.5 and a 10 in Brooks. These fell on the smaller of the two sizes. I thought the width was just fine. The laces were about 6" too long. I had to use that extra set of eyelets at the top of the shoe to use up a few more inches of the laces. These could be perfect shoes for you. I would not recommend these for races or speed work. If you need something soft underfoot and plan to run slow, these are your shoes! My favorite Brooks Shoe: PureCadence 3 I went back and bought a pair of Hyperion Tempo shoes. These feel a bit firmer and fast. These are closer to what I think I need in a running shoe.

After I had kids, I started to order shoes 1/2 size bigger. Seems to work out well with the Adrenalines. This model didn't seem to be as "cushiony" as my last one, but they are still very supportive and provide the stability I need.

I don?t use them for running I wear them to work which is walking on concrete floors. I had bought the Ghost in 7.5 and felt they were too big and too wide so I ordered the Adrenaline in 7 and the feel a bit short. I have worn Brooks before and love them. I recommend them to those that ask ?which shoes should I buy??

A comparable shoe to the ASICS GT 2000’s but with more overall support. I’ve worn the Adrenalines out twice now and my take on them is that they’re way too wide for narrows and they could use more cushioning and bounce. So far, they’re a bit too hard but they may soften up with use. They’re decent running shoes and they feel light but sturdy. The color choice in narrows is nonexistent and they’re stodgy looking. I’m on the fence about them.

I have worn Brooks sneakers for years. Even though I wear orthotics and have a narrow foot they fit me the best. This time around there were limited colors is my size.

This is my 3rd pair of Adrenaline GTS and while I can appreciate that the design evolves and can improve, I wish the sizing would stay the same. I bought the same size and width as my previous two pairs and these feel decidedly larger

Overall I really like this running shoe. I think its lightweight, the colors are pretty (although in person the colors were lighter than expected), and I like the ankle security. I think that's a neat feature since I am recovering from an ankle sprain, although one ankle is taking some time getting use to it rubbing but I haven't had any blisters so that's a plus. What I don't like about the shoe is the lack of cushion in the ball of my foot area towards the front. A typical run for me is about 6 miles, some hills and I cant go straight concrete for 6 miles in these. The balls of my feet need more padding that area for me. With that being said I don't think these shoes should be $130, I think that's a little pricey for these. I have a feeling I am going to run through these quickly.
