Very comfortable for jogging and cardio but I still prefer the GTS 20

The Adrenaline GTS21 took a while to get used to. They are a bit heavier than the previous ones I had and took a few days to feel normal to me. I do like them, but I prefer the older styles.

Never disappointed in the Adrenaline line. This model seems lighter & has more spring in it, with the support & cushion I look for.

The shoe is very comfortable and I use them for work, because i run up and down stairs all day long!!

I like the older version of the shoe better. The version 21 tongue is too long.

They?re very comfortable and give substantial support on long street runs. The only complaint I have is that the rubber heel is bulky and thick. I was worried about it?s bulkiness from the photo, it appears even bigger in real life. I bought the shoes solely for running though and that?s most important. I am 100% satisfied w their performance. The lack of 1 star is only bc of the appearance (and now I feel silly even complaining)

Love the cushion in the shoes, they are nice looking shoes. I?ve run and walked in them for weeks. I do have one issue, The side of the shoe rubs my foot near the ankle.. I?ve had this happen with other shoes so it may just be my foot.

I like the shoe except it has very little arch support and so is not as comfortable as some others I?ve worn.

This shoe was recommended in an article by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons for people with Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction. This is the perfect shoe for someone with this issue and I wish I had this shoe as an option 15 years ago. It may have prevented a total collapse of my tendon and my arch, and subsequent major reconstructive surgery on my right foot in 2012. I have struggle to find shoes to fit and work since that time. I was extrememly torn about returning this shoe. It held my foot in place almost perfetly with no noticeable turning. The problem is that I also need to add my custom orthotic to give the additional lateral support under the reconstructed arch. The support fits inside the footbed of the shoe, but when I put the shoe on the heel cup is too shallow to hold the heel in place. I decieded that rather than risk wearing the shoe without the supports I needed to reluctantly return them. I would strongly reommend this shoe to anyone who needs the support of a shoe, especially is they pronate and have the potential to develop this devastating condition.

Ok sneaker. I was looking for a sneaker with cushion. This definitely isn't it

Still a great shoe.!The tongue design has changed and so far I like how it doesn?t slide around. Great breathe ability and light weight.

I love Brooks Adreneline, this is my 5th pair. I am a former runner and now I walk daily, mainly in town but sometimes on trails and my Adrenaline 21 give me the support my feet and knees need. Have seen a podiatrist for past issues and the doc even supports my choice of footwear. Keep movin' !

Purchased for my wife as a Birthday present as Brooks are her favorite pair of shoes for running and exercising in. Had a pair she wore until she essentially wore them out. She loves them. But when she put them on the other day the ankle on the left shoe appears a little different and tighter.
